I now understand why this resort is usually fully booked! It's perfect for families, I love the fact there is a big green space in the middle where other resorts would have squeezed more sites in to get more money. It is safe, clean, well maintained, staff are friendly and professional, the facilities are great, kids have so much to do :-)

We stayed in a cabin which was great, the bed however had lumps, and the pillows were VERY old, flat and uncomfortable.

We went with out grandchildren, one took part in Iron Kids event. The stay was so comfortable there was safes spaces for them to play the pools was great and everything in the resort was so clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and very helpful and polite. We stayed in a beach cottage and have already booked for next year.

I can really think of anything we did not like.

Excellent location 5 minutes drive to all restaurants near the jetty and still a close drive to landmarks. Immaculate gardens and chalet with most necessities covered for an easy and comfortable stay. Professional and polite staff. Pool was a winner for the kids and relaxing for us parents. Just a short walk across the street meets crystal clear water and what it seems to be your own private beach. Would be booking again and recommending this resort to all family and friends.

Would suggest a more comfortable sofa in the living room to accommodate all family for a movie night. Though not essential in summer as we were out and about most of the day, it would be highly advantageous for cooler days.

Amazing beds and cleanliness overall. The 2 room, spa villa met our needs perfectly for a family with two daughters. The facilities for the kids were awesome. The extra blankets were welcomed in the evening and the pillows were awesome and not too puffy and high, like some hotels. The kitchen equipment was very well stocked and clean also.

The balcony / decking was a bit worrying, with all four of us sitting at the table. Possibly some reinforcing of the flooring maybe needed. I would have liked a separate shower to the spa and the exhaust fan didn't work very well, so we needed to open a window. I couldn't find the pool towels until the day we departed, but this was because I didn't look in the 2nd bedroom cupboard.

Well laid out with pleasant mature trees and good facilities. The Chalets were warm and comfy with good kitchens and TV/Wi-fi etc. Seemed like plenty to do for younger children. It was very quiet at night and there were plenty of birds singing in the morning.

The mattresses were like rocks. I'm told these are being upgraded, so check with the Mandalay prior to booking etc.

The staff need to much friendly and more approachable with a greater focus on customer service. A little smile goes a long way. And family bathroom is missing very essential resources such as a nappy change pad/mat retractable one, a bin to put baby nappies and wipes, a tissue/paper towel dispenser and a hand dryer.

There was nothing I could fault at all. The pools were great, the staff were always so friendly and helpful from the groundsman to office staff. Made us feel very welcome , the grounds were always so clean and fresh which is so nice to see. Even 1 piece of paper and staff would pick it up. The cleanliness of the premises was next level very clean and so happy to walk into a nice clean chalet. Having a morning coffee of the verandah overlooking the beach and listening to the birds was very tranquil. Paddy the frog staff and food were amazing too. They were very friendly and accommodating and nothing was a problem. Kids loved the freeedom, the movies nights and the amazing playground. The camp fires were also really nice and relaxing while watching the kids. Overall I couldn’t fault everything and loved being there again. We loved our whole experience and will be back.

The studio cabin we had was immaculate and very well set up. Well done to the cleaners! The lawns and gardens are very well maintained. Lots of facilities for families and while we were there, everyone was enjoying themselves and were respectful of others. Heated pool in the grounds and beach just over the road. Office staff were friendly and booking went smoothly.

Nothing

We stayed in the 2 bedroom beach cottage and it had lots of room. We were able to put up our port-a-cot in the loungeroom and our 3 year old loved the bunk beds. Very close to the beach which had a footpath perfect for scooters. Heated pool was very warm and our kids loved it. Lots of play grounds with a large amount of grassed area to play. Indoor soft play area and games room was fantastic and the gas heater was huge keeping the room warm. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that we didn't like was the cost for firewood if we wanted to use the firepits. I understand that the accommodation have to pay for the firewood itself but $20 to roast some marshmallows for the kids was a bit too steep for us. Bring your own firewood and kindling if you want to make use of the fire pits and save yourself a bit of money.

Chalet facilities were very good, chalet was clean and tidy and the quality of the utencils was top notch. Location was great, close to the beach an dthe busselton town.

Play room could do with some updating. The food trucks were ok but more choice would be good. BBQ facilites were ok. I didn't like that we had to pay extra in the play room for the kids to play arcade
