Wonderfully presented and clean. Well appointed. Well stocked breakfast provisions.

Was not prepared to be sharing common areas with strangers. I didn’t read the fine print. Despite being immaculately presented I would not choose this style of accommodation by choice

Awesome... truly awesome. Excellent facilities, comfortable beds and more food and refreshments you could possibly wish for. The ONLY issue we had was finding our way around the apartment but we were lucky in meeting another guest who showed us where to park etc This is a MUST book if you are staying the area so get in quick before they’re fully booked.

The street sign was a bit small to see from the road at first drive by. We didn’t know where to park at first... the other guest told us and helped us find the garage key

breakfast was supplied in the communal fridge(fruit, yoghurt, cheese, bread(toaster supplied), tea/coffee, juice, coffee machine and pods, butter and spreads. Bathroom was great nice large area and the shower was sooo good large and the shower head and water very hot, room very comfy and the bed was very comfortable. very close to everything and lots of restaurants, take aways on main road.

The only thing that wasnt good was the people we had to share with in other rooms. no consideration for others using communal lounge/kitchen being loud and disconnection tv in main lounge which affects other tvs plus smoke alarm they set off twice in morning waking us up and no apologies from them. We left early in the morning without breakfast. Otherwise the place is very nice.

The breakfast was very good. Excellent selection of cereals and drinks etc. The bed was very comfortable and the appointments were great. (TV with Netflix etc at no extra charge)

The Master suite needs some soundproofing glass in the window on the driveway. Bussell Highway is very busy at all hours and the sound echoes down the drive and into the bedroom. Also it would be good to have individual controls in the bedrooms for the a/con. It was set very low for the house and because we didn't want to upset the other occupants, we left it, but our bedroom was so cold that we ended up sleeping in our tracksuits and hoodies! Quite uncomfortable. And an auto timer on the main lounge/kitchen lights would be a good idea. The lights stayed on until the early hours of the morning and it was shining in the small square windows on the wall in the master suite, until I got up and switched them all off.

Baudins was a wonderful find for our stay in Busselton. Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, spacious for a couple. The continental breakfast supplies were more than ample, fresh, and of good variety and quality. We would definitely stay again.

The water flow from the taps over the kitchen and bathroom sinks had a gentle spray, that would go away from the water flow, out onto the sink, and onto one's clothes. Seems like the filters may not have been attached properly

Only staff we saw was the cleaning lady who was very friendly. Otherwise we followed the emailed directions on arrival and had no problems. The breakfast was a real bonus with plenty of choice and a bowl of fresh fruit available on the bench. The shower was huge and the water was hot and plentiful. Room was a good size and really appreciated the laundry on site. A very nice stay overall.

Internet was a bit patchy and parking a little tight

Extremely private BnB with plenty of room space and amenities. Bathroom facilities, and bedding provide a very comfortable stay. Location is about 20min walk to Busselton jetty and beach for cafe/restaurants.

The parking facility at the back is too small for large cars. I couldn't park my car in the parking bay without it being scratched by the other cars. I think maybe place a Quiet sign in the kitchen area. I did try to sleep early around 7/8pm as I had been driving the whole day. And the other neighbours were outside talking to each other. If the living area was separated to reduce the noise to the bedrooms that would be good.

The proximity from the centre of town was within walking distance, the television had lots of options for viewing, the beds were extremely comfortable. There were lots of continental breakfast options available and replenished daily.

There were many guests who came up to the main house to ask me to help check them in; thinking I worked there. It needs to be a little clearer as to the check in process. There were also children at the house, despite the advertising that the property was adults only.

Charmingly arranged guest house, with exceptionally well laid out kitchen and leisure area. Well stocked fridge and shelves for making breakfast, with microwave, toaster, etc. A delightful touch for TV watching in the communal leisure area in the evening was an inviting decanter of port! Since there are so few guest rooms (¿four?), it almost felt as though you were staying in your own holiday home. We were actually sorry to leave.

Location signing could be better, especially from the direction of Busselton itself. This is a very busy road where heavy traffic doesn't take kindly to a driver slowing and trying to spot a sign. Only on our fourth loop, coming back up towards the town, did we see the small sign for Baudins nestled in behind a big VET sign, which a kindly garage had told us to keep an eye out for. Coming out of town there is absolutely no indication of where it might be. Again, would repeat that this is an exceptionally busy road with several lanes of traffic, and turning across sharply isn't really an option (even if you knew where), but some sort of advance sign telling you that Baudins is coming up on the opposite side would help.

Baudins is a quiet and comfortable. 4 units have access to the common area for breakfast and relaxation in a large lounge. Handy to the shops and a great Indian restaurant just up the road. A decanter of Tawny Port was available for guests to enjoy. There is a good variety of breakfast options offered as well.

on arrival the gardens looked very unkept and overgrown with weeds.....However the next day, the gardener arrived and waved his magic wand. The place could do with better signage to direct people as to where to go....for example their room or the office.
