The room was clean and reasonably well equipped (fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave). Bed was comfortable with some of the softest sheets we had on our entire 6 week trip. Nice to have chairs to sit outside as well as a table inside. Swimming pool nice but in need of an update (peeling surfaces etc). Great location for the beach directly behind the property with a nice footpath to walk both towards and away from Bussleton.

Bathroom limited for space and furniture in need of an update (sofa in particular). Room slept 3 people, but only had a two seater sofa, no third chair. No bedside lights - main lights were very bright so bedside lights would have given a softer option. Overall, a little expensive for what you get.

Location was good if on a beach family holiday

High end price without high end appointments, paper thin walls between adjoining rooms in villas meant we had the child and grandmother and mother playing in our room from 5:30 am for several hours. This was a repeat of the previous evening but kids sleep early so this was not a big issue. They apologized later when they found out there were neighbors who had wanted to sleep. Parking was not near the villa and I am walking challenged so helping with the bag unload was inconvenient for me.

The bush setting is lovely in among all the trees, with a table and chairs outside your room. The room had all the necessities, but was a bit dated. Super comfortable bed and pillows. I loved being able to walk to the beach and have a swim, very close. The other facilities like the volleyball court and pool are a plus.

The bar fridge had to be turned off because it was so noisy at night. It needs some easier access power points, especially for the bedside and kettle set-up. There was no power point near the kettle, so had to set kettle up on the tiny bathroom sink! Although pool opened at 7AM it wasn't available as maintenance was being done til after 9 when I checked out. A bit disappointing.

I loved the quiet and the space around the property the natural gardens and paths thru the chalets . I had been before several years ago was very tired looking it has been lifted somewhat since then

My only winge is the kitchen-contents I feel more containers for microwave as no oven And a few more pieces of cutlery and plates , platter , peeler small knife . We are at chalet most days so it was noticeable .

Lovely property just outside Busselton.. lovely surrounds, close to beach, well maintained.. excellent staff. Josh was wonderful when trying to fix my wifi. Cleaning staff lovely. Front desk (night manager in particular as he was very helpful and accommodating) are all wonderful. I stay here 4 times/year and always enjoy my time here.

Wifi… still needs some work done to it to improve its accessibility. Modem in villa needed replacement (which occurred thanks to Josh) tho the dongle provided did not work at all in the villa.

Beautiful location on quiet section of the beach. Nice sized villa with all amenities including washing machine and dryer, microwave, fridge, stove top and TV with streaming access. Wifi also. Clean rooms. Picnic and Barbeque facilities at beach end of resort. Felt secure at the facility. Lots of trees for shade. Attractive grounds.

Only small things, and I'm being picky, like a few more kitchen utensils such as a non-stick spatula, another small fry pan and mixing bowls might have made cooking in the kitchen a bit easier.

Great location right next to the beach and some shops. Great swimming pool area and plenty of space round about the villas for the kids to ride their bikes etc. 2 good playgrounds, and although we didn't use them, there is also mini golf, tennis courts and a volleyball court.

The pool is situated within a sort of greenhouse, and if you're just there to sit and supervise the kids it gets uncomfortably hot, but it's great when you're in the water!

Room was good, staff friendly and helpful

Not taking cash is a big negative, same old excuse "because of covid" which is a direct lie. No evidence that cash transmits covid, the hospitals take cash even. If you dont want to take cash be up front, but dont lie about it. We know its because it takes staff and time to count it and take it to the bank and you would prefer to add that to your profit. Im one of the 13 percent who still use cash and I do not like this discrimination against people using legal tender.

Bayview Geographe Resort Busselton is situation within the pepper mint trees and was a quiet and restful location close to town. The room was of a good size, well laid out and was well appointed to make tea and coffee, as well as having a bar fridge to store small food items.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was no blockout blind on the windows to stop the path light from shining into our room. To counteract this issue we had to hand our beach towels over the curtains in order to stop the light from streaming into our eyes.

clean and cosy villas, kitchen equiped with everything to cook, complete with fridge freezer, washer machine and dryer. In winter, has heated AC in every room and extra blankets to keep warm in bed. in every room there’s tv and toilets. very generous with basic supplies such as coffee/tea/shampoo/bath wash. there were a lot of activities for family on site - volleyball, mini golf, tennis, heated swimming pool, playground, walking distance to the beach. perfect family getaway for small and older kids. resort location was great close to shops and Busselton jetty.

staff were all overall very friendly including the guys that did pool maintenance in the morning. Except for the lady at reception during check out. Could’ve smiled a bit or wished us to come back/safe journey at check out? What a shame it could’ve been a wonderful 10/10 experience.
