Stayed for a night, staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything is there on site. They had 3 pools, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor a BBQ area, a Bar and restaurant and Cafe, As well as a park for the kids and the beach near by. They have a tennis court available as well as bikes for hire and other amazing things to do for additional costs. Very affordable place to stay with your family. Thank you to all the staff at Abbey Beach Resort for making our stay worth while. We will definitely be coming back.

My husband requested something special as it was our anniversary. We got wine and chocolates plus a beautiful flower petal decorated bed! Was really special 🌸 I always love the outdoor pools and the balconies that look over them. Breakfast was delicious 😋

I found some the staff at The Atrium restaurant hard to communicate with , they found it difficult to understand what we were requesting. Not sure if it was a language barrier or not enough training.

The location is in prime position for access to Dunsborough and Busselton. The beach access is easy. Views are awesome. Grounds are well tendered with green lawns. Restaurant area is pleasant in the foyer area.

The first apartment we were offered was on the third floor. It had amazing views but no elevator for my husband who had recent back surgery. The balcony only had 3 chairs.

The place is big and beautiful with plenty to do without needing to go anywhere else

We ordered 1 meal for room service and it was wrong but didn’t mention it until check out where reception were happy to argue with us saying that, “that is what we ordered” any way we never ordered anymore food from the resort because of this but that was the only hi-cup with our stay..

Awesome team from the word go. One new lady from Devon in the UK was so friendly, her room mate sorry forgot the name was charming & the Australian lady long brown had a great face. voice & smile for your hotel. The night team at departure were so so great. The gentleman doing the late shift listened to my heartbreaking life story and was so lovely to comfort me with his kind words and asked if I was ok a few times, so meaningful. I needed to depart at 3am so I left biscuits & chocolate to say cheers hey sorry for the inconvenience guys. The pools & location to the private beach was glorious.The beef & truffle fries were stunning in the restaurant, it makes we want to drive 600km to get those babies back bsck in my belly. I appreciated the front of house team so very much that I baked them a loaf of bread & shared some of our home made sausages.

The pools were fabulous for the kids. Will definitely be upgrading to an apartment for our stay next time as the studio room wasn't sufficient for our family.

The responsible service of alcohol was absolutely appalling on new years eve. The owner of the Cafe is really really rude and they kept trying to over charge us for buffet breakfasts until we said that wasn't the price on the website. Also, as a group we spent over 4k for accommodation and all 3 rooms were all looking at the car park. One of the rooms we had, the shower leaked out onto the carpet and it was soaked, the staff weren't so accommodating and just soaked it up with towels. Could tell it wasn't the first time it had happened as the corneas and the plaster were rotting. The pictures make the studio rooms look massive but they aren't they are quite small. The beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Beautiful location right next to the beach. We had an apartment overlooking the ocean which was stunning! The grounds are beautiful and very manicured, the ducks are so cute!

We felt the menu was a little over-priced, although the food was good the portions were small. My husband ordered a cooked breakfast and waited 45 minutes to receive it, apparently the kitchen had overlooked it.

The location of the room was very ideal. Loved the short distance to the beach. There was so many facilities availabe. The indoor pool looked amazing. The outdoor facilities such as the bbq was a bonus. Loved the idea of squash courts, the tennis courts. Definitely planning to come back. Thank you.

The amenities were great everything that you need is there from facilities to crockery .It was great to sit on a comfy couch at the atrium, and go to the indoor pool Bed was so comfy

The pool doesn't have a balustrade for seniors to enter the pool, we had to be careful going down the steps.The furnishing is looking a bit tired and not comfortable to sit on

It’s well maintained to a high standard in general,walkways to the beach need attention,although our room was serviced daily,the shower unit was in poor condition and needs urgent attention,if reception does not note customers comments,even the smallest complaint ,will add to further problems.

Drinking in open areas just adds to a few spoiling a holiday for the rest,Abbey resort is know for a family holiday,so this needs to be addressed.
