A very well thought out room and could have stayed for a week.. Good microwave, sink, toaster, kettle and enough dishes etc.. Two large comfortable queen size beds and a fully redone up to date bathroom.. the heater worked well and I'd guess it was also an air-conditioner. There were two entries to the room one on each side so the cross ventilation in the warmer months would have been nice.. A table and two chairs were at each entry to enjoy a wine or coffee outside..

Upon checking in there was not much information given as to having to book for dinners on a weekend as guests apparently were not given any extra consideration during busy weekends.. Perhaps guests should know and just book in person sometime during the day. ? Not a lot of information personally told about traveling to Margaret River so asked the cleaning staff on the morning we were leaving. In that part of the world we did not find many green signs giving directions to getting to main roads with directions to tourist sites or further south like Margaret River within the towns. Confusing!!

Exceptional location just minutes walk to the Jetty and town with parking right outside. Huge room with two double beds - decent fridge, kettle and toaster so a good spot for a few days. Nice balcony with sea breeze. Good tv with streaming options to log into. Fab shower also. The lady on duty at check in was super helpful - we'd been allocated a ground floor room but had hoped for a balcony. She was able to shuffle a few things about to accommodate us.

The door stop behind the door in the bathroom is in a silly spot as it is right in front of the toilet so perfect to stub a toe on.

Very large room with two beds which worked really well! Super clean with very nicely finished bathroom, and enough additions to make it comfortable😊

The entrance door to our room was spring loaded and couldn’t be left open at all for a breeze! We also didn’t realize that there was a microwave to bring our breakfast food which would have been an option for us The steak option for dinner, a rare treat for my husband, in the Restaurant was expensive and awful! When we mentioned it to a waiter he said they had a problem with a delivery of ‘bad meat’ This was exactly what we had heard at a previous visit a few months ago - very strange!

when I made the booking I requested a ground floor room as I have minor mobility issues, I received a note saying the facility could do this but when I arrived I was allocated an upstairs room, the staff member on reception was very off hand and dismissive of my request and didn't offer any assistance to get my luggage up the stairs to my room, just shrugged shoulders and more or less said take it or leave it !!!!

Great location, smack bang on the front with all of the facilities at close hand. Room was clean and provided all of our needs, beds were both Queen size which was a disappointment for us one King would have been better. Need to point out that it was only this room and with discussion with management at the end of our stay it seems there is a selection of rooms some of which would have suited us better. All in all no complaints and we will certainly visit the hotel again.

Bigger bed, the bathroom was looking a little 'tired'.

Beautiful clean room, and fabulous bathroom with walk in Shower. (I had a room upstairs, but plenty of help with my case.) Microwave, Fridge, Kettle etc. And big balcony. Great Pub, and I'm sure lovely food, but I didn't eat. Great big comfortable bed and fresh, white bedding. Great situation right near the Jetty, and 10 minute walk into town/supermarket.

Good location, nice room, big beds. Great bar and restaurant areas in the premises.

The TV signal/reception was not great. Lots of pixelating / distortion of the picture. It was quite annoying. No breakfast, and no option to have it on site. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room though, and close to cafes and restaurants.

Bathroom was modern and the room was spacious. The hotel meals were great also. location was good for the tourist area, most things very close walk by.

Beds were very firm, when traveling down so far, check in was not possible any earlier as the reception was closed until 2pm. It was cold and wet so going out was not an option, so had to wait for an hour in the car for reception to open.

Room was spacious, clean and had a well equiped kitchen. Linen was clean, with several pillows and comfortable warm bed. Bathroom had been refurbished and was clean and the shower head was fantastic no problem with water pressure.

The toilet in the bathroom felt cramped and squishy. It was a little noisy in the morning you could hear staff moving rubbish bins at about 6.30am.

This is a golden gem of place a secret Haven location was brilliant. The people were extraordinarily kind, a very great place for a destination holiday. The hotel was in the best place. You could imagine. Clean, friendly and very roomy I loved every moment of it, and will go back again and again
