Overall, the standard and cleanliness of the accommodation is excellent. One of the key drawcards of the resort is the access to an indoor and outdoor pool which is great when travelling with children!

The standard of the properties varies greatly between houses. Whilst we had an excellent standard of accommodation our friends had a bathroom and toilet they were unable to use. The glasses, crockery and cooking utensils within our property did not meet the standard of the rest of the property. We had a random selection of glasses, plates and dishes and one of the kitchen utensils was a paint scraper! For the money you pay for the property I would expect to have at least one full set of wine glasses and dinner plates.

We have been coming to the Sebel for 15years with our kids, we really enjoy staying here! However now that our kids are teenagers we don’t wake up early and all were looking forward to a sleep and rest as we had a close family member pass away and were looking forward to some time together. However we were woken early both mornings by kids running across the floor in the apartment above us and next to us on the ground floor:( absolute nightmare.. Maybe considering that you ask the ages of everyone’s children you could place them all together all the young kids/families and then all teenage families also together so everyone is happy! I understand kids are kids but adults with teenagers look forward to the rest and quiet time when going away and spending a lot of money.

Comfotable Beds, AirCon, Pools, Tennis Courts, movie channels, BBQs. Assistance after hours when we left keys in room. Most appreciated.

Outdoor pool was nice and refreshing and great for lap swimming but maybe a little too cool. Could do with a bit of heating up to around 26C. Especially as unuseable in winter. Indoor pool too warm for me but the rest of the family enjoyed it. Access to more than two key entry cards would be better as five of us in our family who like to do differing activities.

Entry to spa was difficult - surely someone can make the step wider as tubular steps are always a problem. My friends from England needed WiFi and this took a while to be organised - staff eventually gave us a dongle - surely staff knew Wi-Fi to this unit (14) was a problem. BBQ control knobs were not working properly - could have been an issue but we realised there was a problem and acted quickly to ignite the gas as it flowed the second the main gas switch was turned on.

It was handy close to everything. The facilities in the apartment was excellent with full kitchen, laundry, patio and bbq area. It was like a home away from home.

Couldn’t light the bbq, had to lift the heavy hot plate to light it. Couldn’t work out the stove as it was on child lock. Only 3 out of 4 was working. The downstairs toilet very small, I had to stand over it to close and open the door. Every time I was in there I would bump the toilet roll of its holder and it was on the floor. The aircon didn’t work well in the bedrooms. We had a 4WD and the parking space for it was very small. I couldn’t drive right inside as there was no space to open the doors.

Our stay was brilliant, the facilities were perfect for our stay. The pools were big, with plenty of comfortable seating for mum to chill while the kids were swimming. The games room had the 2 pool tables which was great as it meant that we were able to teach the kids to play with out feeling like we were hogging the game. The room itself was spacious, meaning we did not feel like we were tripping over each other.

There were a few times when the chlorine levels in the pool were quite high, would have been good to know that they have just done it so I could have keep my youngest out as he ended up with sore eyes. Apart from that we did not really have any complaints.

Appreciated being offered a choice of ground floor or first floor studio. Loved having the car parked so close to the studio. Really enjoyed fresh towels every day without having to remember to put them on the floor!

We stayed in a studio (which is smaller accommodation) but would have appreciated having 2 easy chairs or a sofa - there was only one easy chair. Probably not possible in the size of accommodation. I enjoyed the pool but didn't enjoy sharing it with the ducks (for health reasons). I didn't see any duck poo actually in the pool as it was kept clean.

The service of staff, the amenities offered were very family focused. The location was amazing being so close to the beach and also not far from the town itself. A home away from home, great for a family break!

The cleanliness of some of the bungalow was questionable. We have asthmatics in the family and the dust was quite high in some areas - just needed a good deep clean - overall good!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom townhouse. It was spacious and each room had a airconditioner/heating. Staff called us beforehand to ask how we would like our bedding arranged and we went for 3 x king beds. The townhouse had 2 bathrooms, washing machine and dryer. The main bathroom has a large bath. The resort has one indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool. The gardens are lovely and the resort is located on the beach with a restaurant next door. We have beautiful weather and it was lovely and quiet.

The upstairs room didn't have a toilet/bathroom which is not ideal for kids or older adults having to go up and down the stairs at night, as they are steep.
