The apartment was lovely. It contained everything you needed! The location was very central and the bed was very comfortable!

Our apartment faced the car park which was great for parking at the front door! But, there were times it was very busy with everyone coming and going to Dan Murphy’s. I found it especially noisy on the Saturday night!!

Great location, bed was really comfortable and also had a TV in the bedroom as well as downstairs. but the staff were the best thing. Zion and Rochelle we just fantastic and made us feel really welcome.

The booking through booking.com was not clear that we were not booking a pool room so we were disappointed when we had one facing the 7/11. but that was no fault of the property and Zion did try his best to see if we could move rooms but given it was so busy it was not an option it applicator them trying.

The rooms were designed well and plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable and nice and clean. We were able to get two rooms together over looking the pool as we were traveling as a family.

Dan Murphy is in between the hotel and the Bistro which was not mentioned and unfortunately the noise of the delivery trucks woke us up early both mornings. Also, the rooms are located on a busy road which means it is very noisy with traffic.

The location was great, the bed was big and extra comfy, the complimentary drinks and discounted meals at the bar/restaurant was a really nice surprise, and the gentleman who checked us in was really professional and friendly.

The wifi was a little weak for some of my work programs but I was able to sit by the pool and in the restaurant to get around it.

They didn't have our booking registered However they found us a better apartment Overlooking the pool And gave us vouchers for free drinks I rang booking.com and they rang the hotel to confirm our booking

Location was great the room was good just stairs to the bedroom I didn’t expect. Ordering the food in the restaurant was a bit hard especially the specials you couldn’t order them from the bar only on there app which was a shame as it made it difficult for some.

Had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool.

Location is convenient but boring - our pool view room does overlook the pool, but also a giant advertising mural and a car yard. No room service or any service available on Christmas Day - but we were prepared for this.

Very pleasant Hotel in the perfect location, close to shops and touristy things, some days didn't even use the car. Had a full kitchen witched helped to keep holiday expenses down not having to eat out every night.

Bathroom was a bit small.

Very comfortable bed and lounge room furniture. My room faced a road and fuel station but the solid doors and thick blackout curtains cut out all traffic and I had a sound sleep. Nice clean and basic kitchen facilities. The beach towels provided were appreciated.

The bathroom sink is very close to the toilet. As a tall person, I found it quite uncomfortable to have the sink hit my knees.

the location and rooms were great. the restaurant served beautiful food and the staff were great.

we booked a room for two adults and a child under two. the room we got opened out into the car park ( of a shopping centre) and the inside lock on the door didn’t remain locked when the handle was turned, so our toddler could open the door and walk straight into the car park. all but three rooms are fenced off and we found it odd to put a family with a toddler in an unfenced room.
