I love that it was truly pet friendly. I loved that it had so many facilities i.e. Guest laundry, Restaurant and Bar; and activities i.e. Arcade games and Skill testers; 8 ball/ snooker; An Indoor and An Outdoor pool; Tennis courts and BBQ's. I loved that the amenities in the vicinity were within walking distance i.e. The beach and The local shopping centre. I loved that my dog was given a bed, a blanket and a bowl and was allowed to sleep inside our accommodation. And that he was allowed in the outdoor seating area of the restaurant. I loved everything about this Resort!😍

The shower stall was so big❤️ Big enough for 2 people😁 But the shower flow wasn't. The bathroom was awesome but this is the only thing I can think of that can be improved on 🤷

Our room was in a great spot and was exactly all we needed. Close to the pool, BBQ's and the reception and the beach was only a couple minutes walk. Bed was comfy and bathrooms very spacious. The onsite restaurant was also great and you could order food for the room or by the pool easily though you had to collect yourself which wasn't an issue for us.

The loft rooms were very hot upstairs as there is no aircon. We stayed on a super hot weekend and even though there was a ceiling fan and large tripod fan, the room was not cooled by the aircon downstairs at all. The restaurant choices could have been a little more pubby for Resort stayers.

Pool was amazing. My daughter could have lived in there the whole vacation. The rooms were awesome, clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortable. The location is simply stunning and all staff we spoke to were friendly and approachable.

The whole trip was thoroughly enjoyed and little more could be done by the resort to make the trip better. My only recommendation would be to possibly bring prices down slightly or have some kind of family vacation deals or something. Only because times are tough, and it would mean the resort would be fully booked all school holidays, I'm sure of it!

LOVE - Tonic, great vibe, location, food and drinks. Rooms are great and pet friendly - amazing to be able to bring your dog. The two resort rooms we had were in the perfect location. The men enjoyed the games room and the indoor pool and spa was great for a swim, as it was cold outside.

Not what we didn't like but as it is pet friendly, we did all think the courtyard of the pet friendly rooms should have a wall or something, even have a removable gate to keep dogs in the courtyard, but this is not a complaint just a suggestion.

Loved our stay. Tidy apartment. Very clean. Big comfortable bed. Quiet room. The room kept cool even though it was hot outside. Lots of space in the apartment. The staff were very accomodating with our late arrival and made everything run smoothly and easily for us to check in and out. Easy parking. A little block of shops at the end of the street was a bonus.

Nothing. Loved it. Wish we had more time there.

Excellent location! Beach on the doorstep. Close to wineries and other local attractions. Staff friendly and helpful, especially the ladies on reception. Swimming pool was great. Live music and bar.

Staircase to the loft rom was very steep. Difficult step into and out of the bath.

The outside facilities for kids were good. The pools were great and clean and the games room was a nice surprise. Having a decent amount of nice pool chairs in good condition was also great!

The only thing we found disappointing was the restaurant. The dinner options were limited and quite expensive. It was also very busy and some food options had run out. The restaurant setting is actually really pretty but a shame about the food. A few more options around the $25-35 mark would be good to see. Maybe some salads with grilled chicken or some pasta dishes for adults.

Even though there were some upgrades going on, they were being carried out in a discrete manner. Previous upgrades were excellently finished. All staff were of a most friendly disposition and aided in a most pleasant vibe at all times. The accommodation had a most relaxing atmosphere, and the gardens gave the feel of being well designed to give the relaxing feeling.

The food menu was delightful, but was a little limited for an extended stay.

We had such a fantastic little staycation, we are already looking to re-book in the summer. The staff were all lovely especially the cleaners, happy and really friendly. The pool was so clean and my girls loved it, the restaurant had a lovely warm welcoming feel to it. Honestly I couldn’t fault it. I would say my favourite thing is that the cars are all in the car park and out of the way so my girls could scoot about and I didn’t have to worry about them.

The bathrooms were a bit old but honestly that wouldn’t stop us from going back. The showers all worked lovely so it will really wasn’t a problem. It would also be nice if there was a park for the kids to play in within the site.

I like the privacy that each ‘villa’ offers, I have stayed here previously and have always enjoyed my stay, beds are comfortable, nice bathrooms and comfy living area. As I travel for work I don’t have time to take advantage of the facilities such as the lovely pool but the beach walks are amazing and only a minute walk from the resort

This is just me and probably not an issue for most. I’m hyper sensitive to strong smells (feels like my airways have bleached poured over them) and the chemical cleaning smell is quite strong for me but they do try to reduce it for me prior to my stay which I have noticed does make a difference to my comfort levels.
