Firstly staff were very accommodating and friendly to my special needs son including providing extra bedding and informing me not to hesitate to ask any of the staff if there was anything else we needed to make our stay more comfortable, Location brilliant! we easily walked into the town and the Shipwreck playground. Little Cafe and Thai restaurant a 2 minute walk away. Red Rooster next door and Kmart across the road. Room very clean and essential’s like plates, bowls and cutlery all there!

I think I would just ask for a room not as close to the busy road as the traffic was a bit loud. Absolutely a minor thing though, we still slept just fine!

Location is great. Hotel was responsive and acknowledged our request for a crib which was appreciated. The crib is really clean, room is clean too. Big enough a space for our children to run around. There was some milk in the fridge as well so our little ones enjoyed it. Good options of entertainment with youtube and netflix available. Great that there's a washing machine and dryer but the room closes at 9pm so we had a bit of an issue with the clothes not yet being fully dry. Appreciated the hotel making an exception for us to use a little longer past 9pm. The timing seems to be set in order to ensure less noise for people staying near the laundry room.

Not the hotel's fault, just hoped this was stated in the description for us to reach out if arriving late. Luckily someone from the office passed by as we arrived late and there's usually no one at the check-in counter from 5pm onwards. The person who came by helped to open the locker where the key was placed. Appreciate the arrangement to have the key in the locker for collection and sending the note but mobile data was patchy and so we didn't see the note to look into the locker until we got in and got wifi.

It's an older motel but has had a tidy up maybe without a major renovation. Fixed furniture was not the most expensive for sure but still adequate for my stay. Cleanliness overall was exceptional as listed above. Staff were wonderful with a very personal greeting and explanation of facilities.

The shower walls were very dated. Lucky that the actual shower pressure and temperature was very good ( it's one of my very important considerations when choosing an hotel.) It's just that those wall panels from the nineties around the actual shower were not a good choice then and they aren't now.

The location was handy and very close to the foreshore (1 km). The room was clean and comfortable. Shopping centres are within walking distance and so are plenty of restaurants.

Perhaps a more comfortable bed and some extra pillows handy (though I got given them on asking at reception). Also provision of a dryer and a washing machine that does not require coins - when I asked for change at reception, they said they did not have any to give me. There is a washing line which is mostly taken up so there may as well be no laundry facilities. Some reception staff (especially Lucinda) were very helpful, others not so much.

Location, clean, friendly staff, very reasonably priced. Bathrooms were very clean, really great hot showers with excellent water pressure. Considering it was on a main street it was also very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like. One suggestion, it needs the lighting at the front of the motel to be improved. We were there for a wedding, returning in the dark, it was very hard to see the entrance, we drove right past.

The staff were lovely. We had an issue with the air-conditioning not heating. They not only moved us to an upgraded room but they gave us a box of chocolates for the inconvenience. Great location, super clean and comfortable. We are planning our next trip to Busselton and will be staying here again.

Close to everything. Very quaint rooms with minimum requirements needed for a short trip. Not sure how families survive as refrigerator facilities are small. The wine glass that I used was not washed but was put back into the cupboard. The glass was still wet and sticky. It only made me think if all rooms dishes were handled that way.

Location, friendly staff, clean room.

No bedside lights in this room. Have had them before on previous stays, I think. So, at night, the room was either bright or totally dark, which doesn't work that well if you want to stay up and your partner likes to go to bed early.

Location perfect for non drivers like us,handy for bus stop to/from Perth. Beautiful beach just down at bottom of road, handy for town centre,shops etc. The ladies at reception most helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping girls very helpful too. Great on site laundry facilities. This place was perfect for us.Great place to stay. We will be back! Thank you all 🩷

Nothing to dislike at all!

Good sized room. Very clean. Great bed. Accommodating and friendly staff.

Some mornings were a little noisy...think the linen trolleys were located somewhere near us...was a bit of banging and clanging...but only minor and for very short durations.....luckily, we are early risers.
