Wow! The Timothee Resort is absolutely beautiful. It has been thoughtfully and beautifully renovated. The owners have considered so many little things when renovating this property and also are showcasing local artists and producers in the products used in their rooms. Our room backed onto the beautiful expanse of lawn leading up to the Vasse River and the call of the local birdlife was beautiful.

We were in room 3 which is a King Deluxe Room and ground floor which is wonderful. I had a wonderful swim in the pool and lay on the very comfortable sun loungers a couple of times. They provide lovely pool towels for guests to use and some rooms have hooks outside their doors, however, our room did not. I had to dry my togs and towel on the very comfortable plastic chairs, but would have preferred a hook. It really is no huge problem, but a hook would have freed up both chairs to sit on, which I did regularly while enjoying my morning coffee.

Our stay was lovely. We only stayed one night but the place had everything we needed. We tried the pool which was clean and heated. The room was very clean and comfortable, a little bit stuffy perhaps but it was humid weather and the room has AC if needed. We had a beer by the river, the surroundings are beautiful. They light the firepit on weekends. You can tell they have spent a lot of time renovating and really put so much care into it. We had delicious food at the on-site restaurant Curry Port, they were pretty busy but still fit us in. The food was really, really good and you get a discount if you are staying at the resort. Staff all around both at the restaurant and at the resort were really nice and friendly. Would stay again and def recommend!

Its not really walking distance to town which is probably the only downside, but with so much to offer at the resort itself we didnt really feel like going to town anyway!

The resort was beautiful, and it was kept nice and clean. I can imagine how nice it would be in the summer as well. The room was the perfect size for two of us and the bed was large and very comfy. The TV had everything we needed, and the room was well serviced. Friendly front of house staff as well which helped make the check in and check out easy.

We unfortunately didn't realise that there was a fire pit otherwise we would have gone out and sat around it at night. This would have been nice to have been told when we arrived. The only other thing was the people next to us were being quiet loud and there tv must have been on the wall behind our bed as we could hear that as well.

The room was not cramped as some can be. The shower was spacious, and the whole bathroom was clean, sleek, and modern. The switches for the bed lamps had usb plugs for charging phones, ipads, etc. The whole place from the pool, gardens, lawns to the fire pit, and small communal kitchen was well looked after obviously well maintained. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. The restaurant on grounds, the Curry Port, is an absolutely delicious and very convenient place for dinner. Within a 2 minute stroll from our room, we took full advantage of the alcohol selection! Best Indian we have had.

There was only 1 armchair in the room but plenty of space for 2 and a little side table. But I'm just being picky and is not really needed!

Very nice property, recently renivated and decorated with lot of taste. Very nice staff, everything was top notch for us. The pool is not huge but perfect since there is not too many rooms. Very convenient for checking check out. Super nice to have the possibility to do a barbecue or use the small cottage near the river to prepare breakfast or dinner. We LOVED it, And they even offered us a gift on Xmas eve with some local treats. so so nice. Thank you again we had an amazing time !

Everything was incredible, far beyond expectations. staff were lovely and nothing a problem. Great place if you want to escape for a break and not feel like having to leave the resort. Loved all the facilities including outdoor games and fire pit in the evening with kids. Tennis court and heated pool also great for entertaining kids. place is peaceful and location by the river is nice. Ended up extended the stay with extra nights.

couldn't fault- can't wait to return and look forward to being able to order breakfast!

- we were upgraded to an apartment for our 4 night stay - location to city centre was excellent - quiet location, the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and the grounds were kept in very good and clean condition. - we tried to do some clothes washing while there but the dryer had malfunctioned and so the Manager went and purchased a new one for us to use which was very much appreciated - nothing seemed to be too much trouble to accommodate our stay!!

Not too much at all!

Very clean room, with a boho style. Friendly staff. Well kept gardens and pool. The great thing is we have daily refreshment of the room. Tara has asked me if we need extra towel when we checked in and when we asked for more she supplied us within minutes. We really loved the drip coffee supplied from Margaret river. Plenty of space for children to play with, along with a tennis court, volleyball net, BBQ area, pool area with lots of seats and tables around the motel. There is also the Curry Pot which looked like a decent Indian restaurant but we didn’t have a chance to try it. The location is about 4 mins from Bussellton Jetty and 4 mins from city centre. About 45 mins from Margaret River. Would stay again there.

The bed is ok, could be better a bit shakey when you turn in bed. Maybe add more pillows there were 2 pillows only with a couple of cushions. A microwave would’ve been nice to have, I know that there are rooms with a kitchenette ours didn’t have one through.

The renovation style was very pretty, also the pool area was lovely.

The rooms have solid floors instead of carpets, which might be easier to clean. However, the floors didn't appear to have been washed before our arrival, as my daughter's socks were dirty after a few hours of walking in the room, and those of us with bare feet could feel sand under our toes. You can hear everything your neighbours are doing. Those next to you and those underneath you.
