Every single item was beyond our expectation in this price range: the stylish, very well equipped room, perfect wi-fi, spacious, confortable bad for having a great night with blackout roller blinds + fly screen adjustable ! Huge TV, 5m long desk for 2 computers and all possible things, various warm, switchable lights, beautiful bathroom with Italian shower... Outside we really enjoyed a large, quiet garden with great spacious views, many nice spots and very confortable seats. The swimming pool, gym, next time, coming in a cooler month we're sure to enjoy the sauna, the Jacuzzi and to see to see again our preferred cat !

Hosts were very helpful & welcoming, thank you. Plenty of amenities including a Jacuzzi & gym with saunas (at a small extra cost). Breakfast was excellent, plenty to choices and great coffee!

Not really something we didn't like, just a minor niggle. The room has a lot of tech with regards to lighting and blinds & it was explained in detail to us by the owner Johan, but an 'idiots guide' to the switches to show which button does what would be a great addition :)

Everything. The way to the BnB already takes you in, this hidden piece of tranquility so close to Brussels. The entire compound is incredibly idyllic and even when fully-booked, there are so many different areas to relax and take in the surrounding nature. Pool and Jacuzzi are top of the line and exceptionally clean. Sauna takes a long time to get started, but still ok. People from the BnB are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is extraordinarily fresh (eggs from their own little chicken farm!) and cooked right there.

Wooden flooring is missing in the regular Sauna - as it takes long to heat up, it would be great to turn on so it may heat up the hour after check-in time :)

Akemi B&B is a very nice place to stay with a very hospitable owner, who will instruct you about everything. The room has everything you need foor your stay. The most important are comfortable big bed and picturesque view to the flamish nature. The room is equipped with lots of buttons for the light, heating, air conditioner, curtains. Sound isolation is very good, we didn't hear our neighbours. Garden is cozy. Breakfast contains all what you need for breakfast. There is also a wellness center, but we didn't use it this time, so we need to come back.

This system of buttons in the room is very interesting, but I met the problem - to get out of the room in the morning without bothering my partner is not possible - to open the door you need to put the curtain up completely, day light comes immediately.

Very nice place, everything is designed tasteful. The owners are friendly and nice. Breakfast was simple but good overall. It was a pleasant stay, thank you!

it would be nice to have the jacuzzi and sauna facilities included in the booking rate

Very quiet place, in the countryside. Perfect location to disconnect from big cities turmoils. Well decorated room A lot of organic and home made food for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful owner & sons.

The room was a bit too dusty when we checked-in which is not suitable when you are suffering from allergies.

Lovely property which was purpose built, a little tucked away but worth the drive. Great rooms and very modern and clean. Handy to local pubs, but would need a car to get there - handy stop between Belgium and Holland.

The peace and tranquillity of this place was an amazing experience!, the shower the bed everything was spot on and extremely clean

Amazing site, in the silence and peace of a huge green garden. With a pool and a jacuzzi and ultramodern facilities it is the place to be if you are looking for an oasis of peace and calm away from the maddening crowds. We fell in love with the details of the room decoration and the effort made to have an environment ecological respectful stay, the beautiful open garden and the ease and welcome Johan greeted us with.
