The staff were excellent and friendly. I felt very welcomed by them. The breakfast was delicious. The location is great. I felt safe there. There are many shops and facilities nearby.

The view is not quite good. But this is a small thing compared to the rest of good stuff offered by the hotel.

On the balcony, the barrier was not stable and moving. The sink was constantly blocked.it was very difficult to get to the 9 floor because the waiting time for the elevator was very long. Should be good to have a shower gel maybe.

- oldish bathroom - only two elevator for the whole building causing long wait especially for going down for breakfast - noisy room (man at work early in the morning)

The hotel staff all spoke English. The breakfast was high quality. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The gym was cleaning and everything was in working condition.

I only had one complaint. I used the gym every morning. The open hours for the gym was at 6 AM. the gym would never be opened I had to get someone to come open the gym for me. The 2 mornings out of the 3 days the man didn't know how to turn the air conditioning on. The air would not get turning on for another 30 mins every morning.

The hotel is located in the heart of Leblon - a lively and safe neighbourhood of Rio, very close to excellent restaurants and bars. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, though not very big. We loved the breakfast - the selection of food is great, with many healthy options like acai, fruit, and fresh juices. There is a spa and pool available but we did not have time to use it.

Check-in took quite a long time as there was only one employee at the desk. A deposit of 400 BRL has been blocked on my card at check-in, which the employee informed me about but it was a bit surprising. It was returned immediately at check-our but it was hard to understand what it was actually for, as I paid for the room service separately. WiFi did not work properly in the rooms.

Location is perfect, restaurants, markets, beach and bars very near, you can do all in a walking distance. Furnish very new and reception staff easy to reach. Not over crowded and because mostly guests were there for work there weren't any children noises. Pool and sauna always empty so you can enjoy it to yourself a lot! Breakfast buffet is small but it has everything you need, it is good food. Kitchen staff is really good, they were really nice.

Problems with facilities like my card to open my room door not working and water leaking that made a flood in the hotel and a bit noisy room from the night life.

Nice location in fun neighborhood in Leblon close to lots of restaurants & shops & 2 blocks from the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Large modern and clean room. Decent breakfast with staff constantly refilling. Even room with no windows was fine.

We had booked Ritz Leblon because of the great reviews. Staying here absolutely confirmed all the comments and compliments shared by other guests. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast fresh and had a wide range of choice. And finally, the location is great - it's a safe(r) neighbourhood, it's close to the beach and excellent restaurants are around the corner!
