The staff were exceptional, from the reception staff to the security. All the staff were respectful, kind and went out their way to make sure we were comfortable. We felt very safe and were greeted every time we entered the hotel. We had support with setting up our tourist SIM cards, the staff at the desk were very kind and supportive. Our room with a private pool was exquisite and much needed, especially after a long day trekking around Siem Reap. On arrival we were greeted with cold towels, a cold herbal drink and a delicious traditional coconut and jackfruit jello dessert. They insisted we sat down to relax while they brought over the check in forms to us. Their English is also great, Outstanding customer service. Location was also great, walking distance to the popular pub street but far enough to sleep in peace and away from the busy street noise.

Unfortunately the internet Wi-Fi kept cutting out for me and wasn’t the best connection.

In two months of travel in Cambodia, this is the best place that we stayed in terms of service and accommodation. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional, from the spacious room to the comfortable bed and restful seating on the balcony, to the excellent breakfast and wonderful service from the staff at all levels. Staff aided us in booking adventures, and went above and beyond at every opportunity. This location is a cut above all others at a similar price; you won't be disappointed.

There is nothing to criticize at this location, everything was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding staff.

Words can't do justice to how amazing, professional, kind and helpful the hotel staff have been. They arranged for me transportation and a local English speaking guides to explore the Angkor Wat complex. Recommended on local restaurants and shows to see. Thank you The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a air conditioning. Swimming pool and a restaurant on premises. The location is great, 5 min across the bridge to Pub street and local markets. Also there are supermarket restaurants and local pubs nearby.

The pillows were a bit hard for my taste. The second thing I didn't like, which has nothing to do with the hotel itself, were the mosquitos and geckos swarming on the balcony at night.

Everything was perfect! I would like to thank the girls from the reception and the girls that serve the breakfast one by one. They are very nice, friendly and helpful. Always a smile on their face made me me smile too. They made my stay very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel arranged the Angkor Wat tour + sunset for me and gave me a free pick-up from the airport. Thank you for that. The hotel itself looks great, new and clean. The rooms are well designed, comfortable and superclean. Breakfast has a variety of options and is tasteful and delicious. Finally, I would also thank the TukTuk driver of the hotel, Mr Chan (no. 1) for being an amazing driver/guide during my Angkor Wat trip. Thanks Apsara Residence hotel. See you next time!

Stayed here for 4 nights - loved the design of the room, the smart tv, the pool, the breakfast, and definitely the staff. I had read bad reviews about the breakfast but there's a large selection for you to choose from and they make it for you on the spot. The french toast was killer. Temperature was great in the room, shower pressure was good, and the bed was comfortable.

We had a room on the 4th floor with no elevator and deceptively did not realllly have a pool view (a tiny bit if you lean over the edge). Also there was a pub outside that was incredibly loud - it was still going when we left for the sunrise tour to Angkor Wat. The rest of the town was silent. I had earplugs so I don't know if the hotel offers them. I also think there could be more fruit available at breakfast or generally. The hotel didn't seem to have a water station though which would be really nice.

Our daughter suggested we stay here and she was right! Spacious and clean rooms. The staff could not have been more accommodating. How lovely to be met in the lobby by a person with cold, wet washcloths after a hot, dusty day around the city! The staff was very gracious arranging any tours we wanted, including getting a tuk-tuk driver for us (we recommend Mr. Chan, whom we used for the entire week). Easy walking to Pub Street and numerous restaurants and temples. Delicious breakfast is included, ordered from a large menu . Upon departure, we received a nice email of thanks from Ms. Chenda and her team, even wishing us well at our next two destinations, which she named! Highly recommended!

All the staff were absolutely exceptional - so friendly, so polite, from the security to the cleaners to the reception staff, thank you for your wonderful, warm service & all the little added extras such as cool towels. The suite was absolutely lovely with so many thoughtful touches such as the fresh flowers and it smelled amazing! Bed was super comfy, shower was great! The pool area is really nice with all the plants, and didn't seem used much either, so a lovely quiet place to enjoy. The location is also really good, with plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

If I had any criticism, I would say the breakfast was not as amazing as everything else, but perfectly fine and the pancakes were lovely - I didn't try any of the local dishes.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They gave us cold towels and tea when we arrived. We were lucky to be upgraded to an amazing room, which had a balcony and was modern and chic. The hotel pool was also lovely and well maintained and great to use. The hotel itself was well located and was close to Pub Street, Old Market and Wat Bo! it was just close enough to make it easy to go wherever but just far enough that it wouldn't be noisy. Added plus of being directly opposite Embassy, a fine dining restaurant, The Brothers Bar which has cheap drinks and also close to Tevys which does good lunch options.

The room was extremely spacious for the both of us. At this value, and for the location close to pub street, as well with the free airport transfer until 9pm, this was a value for money room. I really loved the hotel, nice balcony, great tv near the bathtub, big sofa, bed, table, the washing area was separate from the toilet and the shower so one person could do their make up or brush their teeth while the other one was showering. We saved a lot of time and enjoyed our stay here. Not to mention, the staff here are so friendly! Thank you for making my first time in Cambodia a pleasant one. They really respond to messages quickly and provide services you need.

Great location, short walk to main areas but away from the noise. Small boutique hotel, lovely pool, very friendly and efficient staff who were able to organise excellent driver, Pinton. 24 hr desk for assistance and security. Air con worked a dream in the generous size room as it was very humid during our stay.

There was nothing not to like.
