Overall is good. It is located at the walking distance to the pub street. There are restaurants and shops opposite the hotel. Me and my friend reached Siem Reap in the early morning, the hotel's staff allowed us to keep our luggage for free since we're going to Angkor Wat. All of the hotel staffs are very friendly and always give us a big smile and greeting (includes front desk, therapist, bartender, housekeeping). The hotel's breakfast bread is delicious.

All of the staff were amazingly polite, helpful and friendly. The room is very clean and the bed is comfy. The breakfast is nice (from 6:00 - 09:30), not too various but the taste is good. It's located close to the night market and pub street. It has a small pool. The hotel overall looks nice and comfy.

Our room has a balcony facing the main road so it is quite loud. We could hear cars and music from outside all the time but not intolerable. Late at night the noise died down so we could sleep ok. The shower head is a bit old so the water comes out so hard on one side and only dripping on the other side. We never use the bathtub since it was so hot all day.

The location is great; it's far enough from Pub Street that you don't get the noise but it is close enough to be an easy walk. Additionally, there are two supermarkets, a cafe and a few restaurants right outside the front door. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and I really liked the wood decor. The breakfast is fairly good especially the made-to-order eggs and soup. The pools are really nice aside from the road noise. Two for one happy hour at the pool bar.

The bed is as hard as the wooden floor. The shower seems designed to get water over as much of the floor as possible.

Really liked this hotel. Very clean, good sized rooms. Brilliant location close to many restaurants, shops and amenities (e.g. laundry). Close to the river and only 5 minutes walk from Pub Street. Close enough for convenience, far enough away to be quiet.

They have happy hour 2 for the price of 1 between 4pm and 7pm. It seemed more like you had to have 4 drinks to get the offer. It seemed like you couldn't have 1 drink and give the free one to your partner. You both had to buy 1 in order to get a free one. Maybe any confusion needs clarifying. Minor detail, though. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location and reasonable facilities

The breakfast was the least favourable about the hotel. I understand there was a rooftop bar that has been out of action since Covid, but I believe it is going to reopen in the coming month/s. Feels a bit dark, but that is due to the dark timber used in the hotel.

There is 2 pools, one has a bar with happy hour from 4-7pm, bar staff are great. The overall staff at the hotel are amazing. The smaller pool is more private, however can be accessed off the street, if they put a security gate in there it would make it more secure and safe. However having said that, I felt very safe everywhere we went and the people are super friendly. This location is across from the main old town & pub street, but easy walking distance, surrounded my supermarkets and prentice of eating options close by or a short stroll.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was also plenty of hot water for a bath. There was an omelette station at breakfast which was nice. The rooms were nice and quiet too. The pub street was near enough to walk, maybe 300-400m, but not close enough to disturb you. Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance, as was the night Market. There were 2 pools which were nice for a swim. Good pillows. The Internet was really good, I was able to watch Netflix easily on my laptop, as the TV channels were limited.

The room says it has a minibar, but the fridges were empty, and there's no poolside bar, so I popped to the supermarket over the road for beers. The beds are a bit firmer than I like, though it wasn't entirely uncomfortable, I could still sleep.

We stayed here for first visit to Siem Reap and wasn't disappointed. From the time we were picked up from the airport until the time we left the whole experience was excellent. We loved enjoying the happy hour with cocktails by the pool. We ate one night in the restaurant which was good value. Breakfast was buffet style with an egg station serving a choice of styles and a good variety of choices within the buffet especially the French bagget. Staff were friendly and very efficient and we will definitely stay there on our next visit.

Nothing at all

The room itself is great. It’s quiet (even though you are on the street it’s well insulated). the room has a lot of wood which creates a few of luxury. The large bathtub is very welcome after a long day touring the temples.

The two pools are small and often crowded. Breakfast is mostly fruits and some basic Cambodian and English options. No continental breakfast. No pastries.

The location of this hotel exceeded my expectations. It's a 6 minute walk to pub street but far enough to not hear any noise. The room itself is comfortable and worth the money. The street the hotel is on is also convenient with a couple of restaurants nearby. The staff were also really helpful with all of our inquiries.

The only thing we did not like were the bathrooms. Could be a lot cleaner and there was no hot water at all throughout our stay.
