A small and extraordinarily elegant hotel, very nice room with a superb terrace. Staff very professional, attentive, extremely friendly and eager to help. Spa clean and relaxing. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Viroth’s hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The entire team at Viroth’s was really helpful and friendly during our stay, making us feel truly looked after. They suggested places to visit during our free time such as markets, restaurants, and even offered to make reservations when I mentioned about our plans for dinner. Whenever we went out at night, Viroth’s team sprayed us with mosquito repellent and welcomed us with a cold towel and drink too throughout the day which delighted my 5-year-old-daughter. The hotel rooms and outdoor areas are stunning, making us feel like we are in a precious hidden space outside from the hustle in the streets. If you ever come to Siem Reap this is the place to stay!

Impeccably clean throughout! Very comfortable bedding & blockout curtains. Excellent size room with couch, desk & great balcony with outdoor fan. Excellent breakfast options both western & Khmer. Pool was just bliss - great size, perfect water temp and remarkably clean. Sun beds and umbrellas great. Complimentary peanuts with drink orders. Welcome fruit in room on arrival, not to mention surprise birthday cake for hubby! The staff go above & beyond to assist. Cold face towel on each return to hotel and one way trip to airport included in a Rolls Royce. Use of pool & restaurant after checkout including a room to shower before flight. Perfection!!!

There is nothing not to like. Just be mindful there are no lifts, however staff are more than willing to assist with luggage. Key required to lock room, no electronic swipe access.

Our expectations were high because our much-travelled daughter told us Viroth’s is the best hotel she has ever stayed in. It gets that rating from us too. The things we liked: the design and traditional decoration and art works; the large comfortable well-appointed room with a very comfortable bed; the delicious a la carte breakfast; the lovely pool; the location which was quiet yet within a couple of blocks of a range of good restaurants and about 10 minutes walk from the central market; the mosquito repellent when we left the hotel in the evening; the cold towel and offer of a glass of lemongrass tea every time we returned to the hotel; the guide and driver the hotel organised for our trip to Angkor Wat; the classic Mercedes to take us to the airport. But the main difference between Viroth’s and other good hotels we have stayed at is the staff. They weren’t just efficient, they seemed to anticipate our needs, and were so friendly and welcoming that we actually felt sorry to leave at the end of our stay.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Viroth Hotel was perfect in every single aspect. Firstly, the staff was super kind and always ready to help. They helped us planning our trips to Angkor Wat and suggested some nice places to visit around Siem Reap. Secondly, the hotel is furnished with original artistic pieces that make it really unique (some of them are sold also at the gallery in front of the hotel). And of course, the pool was perfect after a long day walking around Angkor Wat. Lastly, the food sooo delicious (we had breakfast and dinner, every plate was perfect). I wish I would come back one day :)

This might be the best hotel in Siem Reap in my opinion. A peaceful, luxurious oasis in the middle of the city. The location is great, walkable distance to city center attractions and restaurants. The room is very spacious, comfortable, and modern. Breakfast is delicious and plenty and swimming pool is very nice. Staff is very nice, helpful, and accommodating. One-way airport transfer is complimentary in a vintage car.

I have to say the Hotel staff were the highlight as they were always with a smile and welcoming. Particularly the FO Manager, Sukor (Happy) which he always was. Gave good tips on my trip to Angkor Wat, recommendations on restaurants and even arranged for my transfer. Breakfast was buffet by order which was excellent. We even had lunch and dinner in the hotel which was very good.. The hotel driver, Song, Hotel recommended Tuk Tuk drivers, Chea, James. Tin Tin, all spoke good English and were reliable.

Unfortunately I am allergic to cats, and I was told there were 3 cats on property but I only saw one during my stay. After I had informed the hotel staff I was allergic, I did not see the cats again. The hotel is more like resort type, tropical therefore lots of greens therefore things you can't control like a bat hovering around the pool during one of my nights at the pool and a flying cockroach near the sitting area.

We were greeted with a tamarind honey drink which was a nice touch. The service was excellent and the staff arranged transportation and a private tour of Angkor Wat and other temples for us. The breakfast included in the room rate was excellent. The location is walkable to restaurants. We were greeted with cool towels every time we entered and bug spray every time we headed out. Look no further for a hotel in Siem Reap. Definitely stay at this one.

I was walking with a cane so it would have been super to have an elevator and maybe ramps to the pool instead of steps. Transportation from the airport was included in the room rate. It would have been nice to have transportation to the airport included.

The staff at the hotel are the best we have experienced anywhere in our travels, the attention to detail and service with a smile is incredible. Every time you arrive you are greeted with cool towels and a drink, smile and a welcome with the staff remembering your name and asking about your day. Mosquito repellent is also provided if you want when you leave. There is free water available throughout the stay. The pool is a beautiful oasis and very relaxing. The restaurant serves excellent food and the airconditioned area is a fabulous break from the heat. On two occasions we left before breakfast to visit the temples and leave for the airport and the staff created a wonderful takeaway breakfast for us! The rooms are modern and well equipped. Airport pick up was complimentary and when we arranged a car to take us to the airport we were transported at no extra charge in a 1967 Mercedes Limo! A wonderful hotel and incredible value.

The beds were a little hard for my taste, a second water cooler in the other wing of the hotel might be a good idea and the breakfast ticking system could be simplified a bit to make the guests and waiters life a little easier.
