Comfortable, in a very nice walkable area close to good food (street food and restaurants), tastefully decorated and spacious common areas and room. Staff was courteous and helped us with taxis, tuktuks, booking tours and dinner reservations. The breakfast was excellent as well. The property expertly managed mosquitos, which are common in the area, and none where to be found or felt. they also did a great job with the laundry.

During checkout staff went to the room to “check if we forgot anything” and informed they were missing a laundry bag. We never received a replacement bag with our washed laundry but nevertheless opened our luggage in the lobby and searched unsuccessfully just in case. That seemed unnecessary, especially for a hotel of their level.

Treeline Urban Resort is simply beautiful. It is an aesthetic delight with a central open courtyard filled with sculptures, trees and cascading vines. The light, art and foliage create an environment of tranquility and beauty. The staff are brilliant. They do everything they can to ensure all the guests are happy and content. The manager, Joni Aker, is exceptional. We loved absolutely everything- from the luxurious bed and generously sized rooms to the delicious food at breakfast and the adjoining restaurant, Romiet, to the fabulous staff. Siem Reap itself is charming, and the Angkor Wat complex and surrounding temples are deserving of the Eight Wonder of the World title. We stayed five nights and loved every minute.

It was perfect.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk alongside the creek to the old market, restaurants, pub street and other shops. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable especially the bed and spacious shower. The pool was great for cooling down with poolside bar very welcome after a morning of touring. The breakfast was to order and excellent. We really enjoyed the freshly squeezed pineapple juice. Arranging tours was easily done through the helpful front desk staff.

We could have found cheaper places to stay, but were very happy with all aspects of our stay.

Breakfast service was swift and we were spoilt for choice in terms of menu options. Coffee was excellent! They were also able to provide us with packed breakfast when we had an early start to catch sunrise at Angkor Wat. Location was unbeatable; plenty of food options around the hotel and across the river. We were able to walk everywhere - food, temples, markets etc! Though on a main strip, once through the big entrance doors you were in your own sanctuary. Onsite restaurant (R'Miet) and Brown Coffee next door provided good spots just to watch the world go by. Hotel was well-appointed, loved that the complementary bottled water were in glass and not single-use plastics!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was wonderful from the breakfasts to the staff and our amazing suite. The location was fantastic, the pool was gorgeous and the design was beautiful. We stayed there during my birthday and the staff not only left flowers in our room but found me at breakfast, brought out a cake with my name on it and sang happy birthday! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Turndown service was probably unnecessary and sometimes came at inconvenient times. However the staff were super accommodating and always came back at a new time we suggested. This isn't a con at all and as mentioned we loved our stay here.

We recently spent 6 nights in the Stunning Treeline Urban Resort. Literally one of the top eco-friendly hotels we have stayed in after many years travelling throughout South East Asia. The location is excellent, close to all of the night markets, 10 mins walk to the centre of town and the famous Pub Street and only a short TukTuk ride away from the Unesco World Heritage listed Angkor Wat Temples. The hotel is exceptionally run, beautifully maintained and a credit to Jonie and her team, we would highly recommend this is the only place you should stay if you’re ever travelling to Siem Reap, 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way!

Nothing Not To Like

Excellent hotel in good location. Great architecture and fine attention to details. Very nice, polite staff and high quality service - certainly puts customer service in more "developed" country like Singapore (our previous stop) to great shame.

We did not appreciate that there was a "surprise" surcharge of approx USD30 on top of the Angkor Wat private tour cost of  USD74 which we only found out when we settled our bill upon checkout. When staff explained the different tour options at the time of booking, the additional charges should have been made explicitly clear upfront so that we could make an informed decision. We try not to read too negatively into the whole matter but this is certainly not in keeping with a hotel of this quality. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The breakfast was wonderful! There were many choices of fresh food to select. The service was quick, the portions large and it was lovely to sit on the patio. Can't think of a better way to start the day! The hotel is perfectly situated for walking everywhere we wanted to go in Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated but the kindness of the staff members is what really made our stay so special. I wish I could live at the Treeline Urban Resort.

My son wished there was an exercise facility.

Very nice hotel with beautiful decoration and design! Attentive staff and central location, nice choice of restaurants around as well as in the hotel. We loved our stay and the bed is one of the most comfortable one we slept in. Nice sustainable choices and details (e.g. yoga mat available in the room)

Almost nothing ! Maybe the possibility to have a drink outside in the evening as the restaurants of the hotel close relatively soon (10.30). We asked for two glasses of Prosecco on NYE and that was not possible which is a bit sad for such a beautiful hotel / standing. Else, nothing to say, we would recommend for sure !

Location of the hotel was superb. Walking distance to Night Markets and Pub Street. Tut tut was available easily if you don't feel like walking. All staffs were friendly and helpful. We arranged private tours with the hotel and the private tour guide was very informative. Service from the hotel staffs were top notch. The hotel spa is also one of the best i've tried.
