The room was big enough, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The room was made up each day and was clearly cleaned, the floors were even mopped every day! The pool area is really lovely and is a nice way to cool off after a day exploring the temples. The hotel is in a pretty good location, near to restaurants and cafes. It is about a 10 minute walk to Pub Street if you're into that. The staff are very kind and helpful. Sometimes there was a language barrier but they really tried their best to help regardless.

There is a cafe on site and it would be good if a breakfast option could be included in the room rate.

Great place. Not far from anywhere- plenty of tuks outside. Having a pool was great after a hot day exploring. Little restaurant next door for food and beers- even served us at the pool. Large rooms staff were really nice and pleasant- went out of their way to help.

The shower- I prefer a removable shower head as I have long hair, but that’s just my preference. Fridge could do with updating, but it works. TV didn’t work- but I never raised it with staff to get it fixed either as I didn’t want to use it, so may have been a small fixable issue.

it’s a lovely looking property in a good location. About 10 mins walk to the centre of town so you can escape the noise of Pub Street! The pool at the front of the hotel was lovely - great for cooling off before or after a trip. The room was clean and air conditioned. Rooms don’t get cleaned every day. there’s a little cafe at the front which was handy and you can eat by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower head is extremely high up so by the time the water gets to you, it’s not that powerful. but it was warm. keep the toilet seat closed whilst you shower so the seat doesn’t get soaked!!

very friendly staff, clean comfortable room, excellent location near the river. Close enough to walk to old market and lots of great restaurants, far enough from pub street to be very peaceful and quiet. Lovely open air seating area overlooking the pool on each floor. Beautiful frangipani trees in front of hotel and mango trees outside our room.

Restaurant attached had only western food for breakfast, luckily there was great Khmer restaurants nearby.

Loved this hotel. Its in a brilliant location, with lots of restaurants down the road. The room was really clean and comfortable and a good size. Regular cleaning of the room was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful with booking a tuk tuk driver for angkor wat and doing our laundry. Pool was a great addition with pool towels and the sun loungers were really comfy!

We didn't realise that the front gate closed overnight. And we almost got locked in when heading out at 4am for our angkor wat sunrise tour! Luckily someone saw us on the security camera and came to unlock the door!

Comfortable bed and very friendly staff. We asked if we could have soft pillows and they changed it for us. Location is also central and yet we could relax well without noticing too much of the outside world.

The further the room is from the reception, the worse the wifi signal. we were on the second floor in the middle and the internet was unfortunately unusable in most of the cases.

Very good value for money! Our room was simple, but clean and everything worked well. We especially appreciated the working AC and the location of the villa.

The WiFi was patchy and worked only at certain parts of the room, which was maddening when we tried to make other bookings and plans. Also, one of our towels was completely ripped?? :D This mostly just made us laugh.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful :) They exchanged some money for us and provided room services everyday. There's a nice pool right in front of the hotel, and it's in the shade too, so it doesn't get super hot. The value is exceptional and the best part is, it's close by to all the street food markets and tourist areas :)

overall it’s a nice place to stay. every is in walking distance. nice places to eat around and the pool is a great place to rest from sightseeing

the beds could use new mattresses and this shower + toilet in one thing is something I can’t get use to. to bad the price doesn’t include a breakfast. that would be nice.

Confortable beds, quiet at night time, friendly staff. Having the pool available after a long day if sightseeing was a great addition.

We have no complaints. I suppose it’s a bit of a walk to the tourist area, but tuktuks/scooters make it easy.
