Recepetion was wonderful and the staff all around were very pleasant and helpful. The room was excellent. Spacious, clean, and comfortable and best of all, in a great location in the town making it easy to walk from. plenty of restaurants nearby, from local places to more upscale. The hotel breakfast was also quite good, had everything you'd need. Good coffee, plenty of fruits, and eggs to order. We also booked transport to and from the airport as well as a day at the temples, the driver that works for them was very nice and knowledgeable. This was my 5th time to Angkor and he was one of the best. The hotel has two pools, but we stayed at the one with the bar! There is a great happy hour there, and it was a perfect way to unwind after a day sweating it out at the temples, especially with kids.

Very friendly, happy and helpful staff. The hotel undoubtedly exceeded our expectations. Great room, well appointed and clean, The pool area is lovely, the pool sparkling and cool. The pool attendant/cocktail bar manager was always welcoming and made great cocktails - you must try the one made with dragon fruit. Siem Reap is terrific and this hotel is close to everything

Staffs hospitality. They are super supportive. Speaks English well, easy to communicate. Of course the room was clean and nice. You can get Hot water by turning the tap. Free water bottle everyday. Also they provided a shower & towel after check out since we have night flight; which really moved us. I don’t usually visit the same city twice, but this hotel experience makes me wanna do.

The Balcony rooms were great. Nice sense of space. Beautiful clean and comfortable bed and rooms. Lovely Bathrooms. Could do with a few more accessories. It lacked a shaving kit etc. Breakfast can be more better and a little more elaborate.
AOverall one of the best hotels and good staff. Breakfast options was very limited. Could have more choices of Eggs , muesli, cereal, better coffee , wish they had Espresso flowing. Only one of the pools was working. They didn't have any promotions on their spa which is big miss and they should really bring this hotel alive.

The location couldn't be better. Everything you could need was just a short walk away. Rooms were big. English language movie channel on the TV. Staff was superb. Breakfast was great. Prices in the bar and the restaurant were good. We couldn't ask for a better hotel.

A lovely hotel. Location is perfect, very close to the river, shops, bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom could have used a deep clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool is great and has a bar, breakfast was very nice. Would recommend!

This place was so good I extended my stay several times. The staff were excellent, both the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and especially the young man Nyda (spelling?) and the other sweet girl in the dining room who were the most attentive people I have come across in a hotel. Thanks for a great stay.
The place was still opening from covid. With reduced clietelle, only breakfast was offered. No other meals

Friendly staff, nice spacious room, very clean. Lovely pool and bar area. Was a very short walk to restaurants and pub street. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious.

Lack of basic amenities in the bathroom such as shaving kits, ear buds, tooth brush too soft. The hot water takes a while to get going in the shower. Breakfast could have better and more elaborate options. Choice of Coffee would be great. Would have been nice the served Espresso, americano and a latte . Choice of Eggs and meats could be more.
