Everything! It was very clean, really nice design details, big spacious bedroom with fridge and kettle. The bathroom was also great, fantastic hot powerful shower. There was a balcony with table and chairs looking on to the pool . Easy walk into the centre. We totally loved the pool which was a God send and we swam every day. The staff were great. Joy was very helpful and kind and arranged bikes for us.

Unfortunately they had not reinstated a chef since covid so the restaurant was closed and there was no breakfast available. In fairness when you book it does say ‘no breakfast available.‘ Also there is an amazing French brasserie just around the corner with fab coffee and delicious croissants.

The staff is kind and helpful. The family bedroom is in fact 2 separate bedrooms connected by an aisle, which is great, so parents and children can have both their own bathrooms and TV. The pool is super clean and amazing. The breakfast menu had Western and Asian options. It was just fine. The location was perfect for us, to explore the city and also to go to Angkor Wat.

The pool area is nice, but it could have some more options for drinks and at least some snacks. We had a misunderstanding with one of the night receptionists, perhaps due to language, and we couldn't have the breakfast ready as we requested the night before. Everything was solved, but we couldn't leave the hotel as early as planned. The good thing is that the staff was always willing to fix any issue.

The Riversoul was the perfect get away location for our stay in Cambodia. It was close to Angkor Complex, which is why we were visiting the area. We are a family of 5, so we got two rooms to accommodate all of us, and the rooms were plenty spacious and clean. They each had a balcony area that overlooked the pool in the middle of the courtyard. The staff were helpful and nice. The pool was nice to dip in and relax a bit to take the heat off, but we were there in the summer, so we liked the air conditioned rooms to relax in when we were not trekking and walking around. The breakfast (not included) had a nice variety of items to choose from - noodle soup, eggs benedict and continental breakfasts. They did not serve lunch or dinner, but there are many places to eat within walking distance and there was also a motorbike taxi outside waiting to take you somewhere. We did a tour to Angkor Complex through the hotel as well and we enjoyed our guide, Siip. Everything was very clean and well kept too which was nice.

My friend got a massage and the room's air conditioning was broken. It was not as pleasant as it would have been. Perhaps they could have used a different room?

We got a family room as we were travelling with an 8 & 14 year old, it’s pretty much two seperate rooms with a glass door in front connecting them both. Rooms are spacious. we spent most of the time together in the main room. so lucky it was big. It had the best shower of our trip. Best locations also, just outside the main tourist section just how we like it. Five minute walk and you’re over the bridge and amongst it all. At night when kids were tired. we’d offer a tuk tuk $2 to drive us back from pub street. also, we had a free airport transfer, easy pickup. also, on the last day we did a tour with Cambodia quad bike 2.5 hr (highlight of the trip) highly recommend. Hotel were nice enough to give us a late check out

We arrived on a Saturday night, music was so loud. take earplugs. I think it’s like this everywhere. Also there were mosquitos, there balcony doors. so hard to avoid. we just bought bug spray and sprayed before going out for the night.

We booked a family suite. It consisted of two very large rooms. The room functioned well, except a few minor glitches (the AC control did not work; the elevator was out of service 80% of the time). The shower pressure was good; hot water was plenty for nice baths (and the bathtub was gorgeous). It seems it was built recently. The walls, around the water, and furniture were very clean. The staff was nice and kind, although they could be a little bit slow when you want something specific. Walking distance to fantastic cafes, restaurants, and super markets.

Beautiful, modernistic architecture of the hotel - both the entire building as well as the interiors of rooms and common areas. Excellent decorations, including large, tall mirrors, lighting, plants and colors of walls had altogether created a space in which it was nice to stay and to which I returned each day with pleasure. Efficient and silent air conditioning. Good location, near the river and city center. Very nice personnel.

The swimming pool could be bigger, the room a bit cleaner, and the evening concerts in the immediate vicinity quieter.

spacious, clean, hot water and bath works magical to cure your legs (30km walk does make your leg want to quit your body). staff is very helpful arranging special events and transport for me, the tuktuk driver who took me around Angkor wat was just the sweetest thing.

wifi was quite bad in the room. the signal didn’t reach far back into the bathroom and bedroom area. so if I wanted to connect to the internet I had to sit outside or in the living room area. also, too bad the restaurant was closed but the staff did kindly help me order food from foodpanda.

The room of this hotel is very spacious, with a nice and generous balcony area where you can sit and relax. The hotel is situated in a very central part of Siem Reap, near the river, where there is a market that comes up every night, and is very pleasant to stroll along. The hotel is located near the old and night market with a whole range of restaurants, cafes, boutique and souvenir shops surrounding the area.

The shower floods very quickly with very slow drainage of water, wetting the whole bath area.

Lovely little hotel. Clean and spacious room. We didn't go in the pool due to the weather but felt warm and looked nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We went right at the start of cambodia reopening so the hotel didn't have a restaurant or bar or breakfast. However I imagine given some time this might change. However there's literally hundreds of places to eat and drink near by so it's not a bad thing, just something to be aware of when booking.

The lovely swimming pool Big room and nice fourniture Friendly staff Managed cyclo driver for me. He was the sweetest and I could not have enjoyed visiting Angkor without him. Lead me all day long (small angkor tour) for 20$. Even brought me to the airport for 7$ more at the end of the day. But before I had time to relax by the pool. Perfect day !

Smell of wet in the place and linens were wet also. Disturbing for a quiet sleep but should be due to Siem Reap monsoon climate
