The view was amazing; fire place in the room, underfloor heating; decor, great 2 person bathtub and big shower, very good staff, amazing views of mountains and lake, liquor store just A minute from the property, amazing selection of drinks, best chicken wings and poutine at the cure and great breakfast from the Den. Superb gym and hot tub. The complimentary bikes rental is superb and a great way to discover whistler and its surroundings, many cycle paths available. Exceptional.

We loved everything, only thing that could be improved might be a breakfast buffet option and food room service availability. Other than that great establishment

Our room and the whole hotel is very luxurious. Ideally located for Whistler and Creekside with a free shuttle bus to both, although it’s a very short walk to Creekside. The lovely Nita lake just behind with walks around from the door so you can explore. The south side dinner up the road does a fantastic breakfast as does the hotel. There are three areas to eat and drink we enjoyed all of our meals here. But also enjoyed other local restaurants/bars.

The hotel has taken 700 Canadian dollars from my credit card as some kind of deposit even tho we’d paid in full. We are still to receive this 5 days (3 working days after checking out).

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We were very lucky with the weather for the few days we stayed there. The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly and I would like to mention Culainn in particular for his fantastic service 👍. Our room was gorgeous ….very spacious and a lovely bathroom. Next time we will request a room with a view over the lake. We had brunch on Sunday which was super & we’re very lucky to enjoy this outside in the sunshine overlooking the lake 😎

We just didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all your fabulous hotel had to offer! We somehow didn't find the time to go on the kayaks on the lake. We were anxious to explore the lakes and walks in the area & also spent time in Whistler Village. The hotel is also well located close to to the Scandinavie Spa (10min drive) which my daughter & her partner loved.

The setting is gorgeous. It’s wonderful to have easy access to the main town - a pretty, long walk, the shuttle, or driving with parking being fairly straightforward - without being really right in it. Also convenient to a convenience store with a short walk which is handy for sundries. The fireplace was super cozy on cool nights. The bed was comfy. The bathtub and the shower were lovely. Our dinner at the Den was quite good (the amuse bouche and dessert were particular standouts), cocktails and dinner at the Cure were very good, coffee and smoothies at Fix were excellent. Massage at the Spa was pleasant. We liked it and would stay again.

It wasn’t a deal breaker for us but the pool is really quite small. You are right by a wonderful lake for swimming to be clear. But for anyone for whom that might matter a lot - FYI.

Front desk staff and reservations are most helpful and accommodating. Got us a great room in a good location with in the Lodge. Had a great complimentary shuttle Van into Whistler Vilage- Drivers of the van were great too!

Cure Lounge & Patio. Staff good - food not so. Chicken Wings - had better. Hamburger okay. Had ran out of both Lager and Pilsner on Tap. Lots of IPA though. Limits the choice of supply vs: what's advertised on their menu. Suggest specials / happy hour be changed from 4pm stop to 5 pm stop. Then it's not such an early stop in the afternoon.

I am so glad we booked a spot outside of the village. It was absolutely gorgeous, we paid to get a room overlooking the lake and did not regret it. Every morning we opened the patio door and took coffee outside, and if it was too chilly we still opened the doors and just stayed under the blankets. The room was spacious, the staff was welcoming and very accommodating. We took advantage of the bikes to borrow for quick bike trips on the adjacent trails, enjoyed happy hour in front of the fireplace, and splurged for a spa day; all of it was 100% worth it! Walked into town a few times and one phone call and we were able to quickly get a ride back to the hotel with minimal wait.

It would be nice to have hooks or something on the wall when you enter the rooms, there was a large space between the front door and the sink and it's just screaming for hooks or a shelf for ski/cycle gear. Also, some hooks in the bathroom would be nice, there was only one by the shower. I really appreciate that there were so many towels (all nice and big and fluffy!) But no where to hang them to dry so I draped them on the chairs on the balcony, same with my bathing suit.

The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and had everything we needed. The service was excellent. We were grateful for the free bike use.

We were disappointed that the Lodge's pool was not open, and no compensation was made to our bill for that. In addition, we did not find out about the huge (to us) parking fee ($25 per night) until days before we arrived and it was too late to change places. Booking should have told us that. We were also disappointed to learn that none of the gondolas were running and the ice trail wasn't open. Booking or the hotel should have accommodated with a lower fee. So, the hotel was lovely, but cost more than we expected, and none of the reasons we came to Whistler for were open.

Nita Lake Lodge is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The lakeside location is fantastic - right on the Valley Trail as well! Really convenient location to get to Whistler Village without being directly in the village. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The ability to rent bikes / kayaks / canoes from the hotel for free is great - the system for renting these out is really smooth.

Nothing - it was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Spacious and modern rooms with a fireplace and soft robes, beautiful location by the lake, regular shuttle into Whistler, lots of food options with delicious breakfasts at the restaurant and a cafe, cozy lobby, and the spa was very relaxing!

Staff at reception and in lobby areas were welcoming and friendly but sometimes the information we got was inconsistent. The gym area could have more machines.

Great location, very nice hotel, friendly staff that were always more than happy to help with anything.

The only slight issue was the outdoor spa which had so much chlorine in it one day that it completely destroyed our swimmers in the space of 20 minutes (colour not just faded, but completely whited out in some places!). UPDATE: Nita Lake has been in contact and has offered to refund any damage to our swimmers. Very highly appreciated gesture and absolutely fantastic customer service!
