This is a lovely property. It is located outside Whistler so it is far more quiet. There is a bus outside that takes you to Whistler - $2.5 each way and takes about 15 to 20 minutes. If you want to be in the midst of the restaurants and shops and action, this is not the place. There are a restaurant or two here and a coffee shop, but that is it. It is far quieter. It is walking distance to the lakes.

The unit was very nice. It is just an inconvenience if you want to go to the town. Their photos of the main village show a big village when really there is only one small area. Only two restaurants we noted and one is very expensive for Thai Food.

Location is very central but quiet at the same time. Accommodation is extremely well equipped - bath, shower, toiletries, lots of towels, fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, laundry facilities, plenty of storage and TV in both bedroom and living room. Lovely veranda overlooking the forest. Super comfortable beds! Safe and secure parking (extra cost).

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and informed the hotel of this. There wasn't any acknowledgement of this special occasion for us, which would have been nice even if it was just in the form of a complimentary bottle of bubbles left in the room.

Convenience of a w/d, patio, shower, and access to a kitchen equipped with real utensils - plates, flatware, cutlery, etc.

Check-in was a bit confusing. Would have liked the spa and pool to be open before 10am. From a customer service standpoint, I wish they would have told us about the big bike race happening over the weekend. We would have done a better job of planning our day to avoid the additional traffic. There was a party that arrived on Saturday. They were noisy. We closed the windows, but could still hear them until 11 or 11:30pm.

On arrival suite was very clean and looked great, pool was so nice for our family and loved the creekside location. We used the creekside gondola for the bike park, not busy at all. Creekside market has everything you need for groceries.

No housekeeping services provided, but basic kitchen items and cleaning supplies not provided. I wouldn't go a whole week at my home without cleaning the kitchen or wiping down the bathrooms but no cleaners or wipes provided and housekeeping won't enter to clean. No measuring cups, etc.. were provided for cooking. For a longer stay more items would have been nice. I always dealt with one person at front desk and she was verrrrrry unfriendly. Talked to other guests who had better experiences. Our king bed was very very soft, your whole body would sink down into it. Not super comfortable, queen bed was better.

Our suite was very big and clean, lot's of room for the 6 of us. The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was a bonus to have 3 ensuites. The pool, hot tub and BBQ area were nice. This is the first time I've stayed at Whistler Creekside, there is a couple good restaurants close by, shopping and everything you need. I would definitely stay again.

The suite needs a full length mirror, by the front door would be great. Due to COVID there is no housekeeping, after a few days we needed to request a vacumn to clean the carpets.

This is one of the best units we have stayed in. Totally unexpected the 2nd floor bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was well appointed. Pool area was one of the reasons we booked here and we were not disappointed.

Can’t really say anything. There was a beeping sound every 60 seconds from an adjoining non occupied unit ( low battery in smoke detector I assume) which took them 2 days to fix after telling front desk. If we would have been able to hear it in bedroom it would have been a much bigger deal.

If I had to say it would be the shower off the bedroom. The shower head seems to be on the wrong wall and you have to stand against the wall to use it. Also the location is rather far from the village (not walkable) and the little bit that is around it has practically no food places so be prepared to drive to eat.

It's hard to fault. Beautiful rooms with mostly everything you need. Bed was excellent.
