Very clean, attentive staff. They clean the rooms daily which is wonderful.

When we got our slip for check out, I paid significantly more than my friends who stayed in their own rooms (same number of days, same pets, same everything.) Significantly more meaning about $150CAD more over 3 nights. That, to me, is unacceptable. I won't be using booking.com again due to this.

Very quick check in, reservation was in order so no issues. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. I really like the sliding glass doors on the main floor for ease of loading stuff into and out of the room.

That you don't tidy the room and change towels except every third day. We didn't notice the sign in the room and wondered why nobody had cleaned the room after our first night.

Great location. Fast free WiFi. Clean, airconditioned room. Separate entrance for customers. Fridge with no bar, meaning kids had nothing to consume, haha. My friend who was supposed to pick me up for stuck in traffic and the place accommodated me with late check-out free of charge. Fantastic staff. Pleasant stay. Recommend 100%.

Clean quiet having a restaurant close by

The day staff could have been a little friendlier. Felt like they wanted you out of their face as quick as possible. The night staff (around 2am) were very nice (desk and security). There was an error on my bill which they corrected before I even got my bill ( charged me over $3000 instead of $134) and left a note under door. When we left and I mentioned it to the girl at desk she said nothing. But overall it was a nice stay

I was surprised on the cleanliness and the room status. bathroom was Uber clean, updated tub,shower and vanity. I had read reviews that were not good. I stayed in room 109 it was exceptional. The Symposium restaurant had excellent food.

Very clean room. Bed squeaked a bit but mattress was comfy. Nice shower. Good size room with a refrigerator. Everything I saw of the property was clean, even stairwells.

If there were sheers on the window so I could let in light but still have privacy.

I was impressed with the "quiet" A/C unit. Slept well with it running all night. I've been elsewhere and the racket was unbearable. The staff was great, at checkin/out, and even when I had other questions about what was available nearby.

Clean room

I am a senior and am not disabled BUT I am very aware of potentially falling in the bath tub. Please ensure that your tubs are non slip or at least have a hand rail for a user to steady themselves. Next time, I'll bring my own bath mat.

I was very surprised with the cleanliness of the room. Very, very clean!! Staff was extremely friendly. The only thing I don't recommend it is going to the restaurant. The food was not very impressive

The room was great. The beds are comfy and lots of pillows are provided. Lots of towels are in the washroom. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful. The Symposium was restaurant on site is excellent.

Everything was very good. It would be nice, some time after covid,to have a coffee maker in the room.
