Nice breakfast area lots of seating and really clean. Great selection of breakfast items.Young women staff member friendly and efficient at cleaning and filling breakfast items. Orange juice was very good. Comfy office chair loved the plug ins for electronics in lamps. Night light in bathroom was handy. Soft towels in bathroom and larger ones. Soft comfy bed lots of pillows. Recycle bin under the sink in bathroom.Great location for highway access and restaurants. Picnic tables. Check in was great let us book in a little earlier and very friendly staff member. Loved all the trees along the one side of the property and gazebo and barbecue .

Duvets on both beds were white had lots of yellow areas and stains and NO covers . Need to be replaced in 210. Windows on the top floor landings at back are really dirty .Could use some umbrellas on picnic tables .

We all know how hit and miss Comfort Inns (and for that matter all chain hotels) can be. Count this one as golden and near perfect. Carpeted hallways, extremely comfortable beds, great warm staff and generous breakfasts. Coffee juices, endless bacon, eggs, cereals, toast and much more. Rooms have comfortable office chairs, some have couches, very clean, ground floor walkouts to your car. Kelsey's next door does killer chicken wings and ribs, steaks etc and their beer prices are quite good. You get 10% off because you are staying at the Comfort Inn. Parking lot can handle cargo trailers.

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had! Thank you to the cleaning staff, front desk staff and the lovely girl who helped up work the waffle maker!

There was a bit of a musty smell but I will say it was also boots and hearts weekend so I can’t say whether that was the hotel or the folks before us. Walk out room with the door open cleared the smell within 5 minutes!

Not the cleanest or the best in luxury, but a solid value for money. Heater worked perfectly, parking next to the room was awesome to move luggage. WiFi was decent speed, didn't disconnect many times. Breakfast had good variety, waffles and eggs were good. Location was great, surrounded by woods and quiet, yet so close to plazas. Orillia has all urban needs, costco, walmart etc. Staff seemed to be working there from a long time so very comfortable.

Could've been a bit more clean

The staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable! We had a wonderful sleep in the MOST comfortable bed, and breakfast the next morning was outstanding. You can never go wrong with the waffle bar!! Lots of convenient parking, and close to lots of places to eat.

The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. Truly, there really were not many con's to this stay! We did hear they had to turn someone away because they didn't have a reservation, they were sold out! So book early!

Breakfast was great, plenty of food to choose from. You didn't leave hungry and if you did, it was your own darn fault. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed both.

Covid restrictions are somewhat still in place. We stayed 2 nights but unfortunately our room was not serviced after our 1st night stay. Beds not remade or dirty linen taken away or garbage cans emptied. Ran out of shampoo that they supply for the 2nd day.

Pretty much what you would want across the board. Will stay here again.

UPGRADE YOUR TVs: The TV's are old, small and reception is crappy. I usually don't watch the tube, but this time went to it for news and baseball, and the chunky old flat screens that at best are 30" with the lousy snowy channels doesn't cut it.

We needed a place that was pet friendly & Comfort Inn is unabashedly so. Everything was beyond our expectations for a pet friendly hotel. Exceptionally clean, even under the bed! Bring your pet to breakfast.. No problem. Bed was comfortable & choice of firm or soft pillows. Staff was engaged and interested and super, super friendly. Five ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐️

Just an observation- I would invest in mattress & boxspring covers.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good.

There were a couple of minor issues with the room. The housekeeping manager was welcoming of comments and said she would refer them to maintenance. The issues were minor and did not interfere with our pleasure of staying there.

Rooms were very clean. Staff very nice; the cleaning lady let us in the back door when our room card would not work, she was very pleasant. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great; very hot and fresh. Delicious coffee.

A few doors down was a couple with barking dogs, very annoying. Our room faced the roadway and it was like a racetrack out there...lots of jake brake truckers.
