Location on the mink mile is awesome. In the heart of a very affluent area of Toronto. Even though it's Toronto hotel entrance and location in a relatively quiet spot.

Price, but I shouldn't really complain, it's a very expensive area. The hotel is very traditional which for the most part I like, but a little dated. For example there are non-functioning controls for an audio system with a "next disc" option.

For us, it was an optimal location, both to downtown & to TTC. Then there is the "Room", all of them, were wonderful, with a good number of comfortable seating positions. The minibar, though not used, is a nice touch. The towels and bed linens are nice quality, often these are kept beyond their useful lfe.

I was not necessarily surprised that one of the sinks in the ensuite had been broken, but I was surprised that it was so poorly repaired. While the "stocked" fridge was a nice contingency, it would've been nicer to have more space to store leftovers from dinner. Valet parking is nice with a rental, but I prefer to self-park and the lack of hotel options here is terrible.

Boutique hotel in a terrific location- that is very quiet. Service is outstanding. Rooms are very clean, with lots of space. The bathroom and fixtures are modern and well lit. Cookies in the evening are a nice touch.

The decor needs to be updated- halls very dark. The room, while very clean needed repainting and freshening up. I found the TV and AV equipment confusing to use with two remotes to operate the tv and cable box. A list of available tv channels would be helpful.

I really liked the deor and our room was spacious and the bathroom lovely. I liked the separated toilet.

I did not like that there was not a main floor restroom. When we had breakfast, I had to take the elevator to go to the restroom. At night when we went to the bar for a spanish coffee, they did not have whipped cream but did a milk foam on top. This drink was not very good at all. Breakfast for me was eggs benedict which had a LOT of potatoes and two strawberries and orange slices. I would have preferred more fruit or greenery.

Nice historic room in a nice area for shopping and fine food.

All glasses in the room and bathroom were dirty and I found the last guests keys in the room still. Sheets had a sting bleach smell but at least I knew they were clean.

a few minor mechanical/technical issues with 1 of the elevators and with the key fob.

Front desk and restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly, accessible, and helpful. We planned our trip to reconnect with family and the hotel was an excellent location for us to do that. The room and hotel facilities were beautifully maintained, valet parking was quick and convenient, and allowed us to focus on our visit. The small size of the hotel offered a cozy and intimate home base for visiting a very busy part of the city. Thank you to the excellent staff for all the personal touches that elevated our stay to a truly memorable and special event. Can't wait to revisit!

Wish we had brought bathing suits for the salt water pool and sauna.

The room was very fun and kitschy. Brightly coloured and something a little different! Bed was comfy and lovely decorative touches throughout.

Personal pet peeve is a coffee pod machine with no real milk sachets. Coffee creamers are awful and I would never put powder into a cup of tea where I might put milk. But that's just me!
