The property is beautiful! For an older building like this it is very well maintained and very clean. We needed a little gateaway where peace and quiet, as a bonus we got a very comfortable bed as well! I only had an opportunity to communicate with staff upon arrival and check out, very pleasant team! My daughter was happy to get a gift upon check out! Thank you.

One of our main factors to choose this hotel was indoor pool and sauna. The only thing I think could be improved is sauna - I think it needs walls/benches cleaning. I understand it is not a company's fault that naughty customers are trying to damage wooden walls by scratching doesn't help, but there are many solutions how to make wood look like brand new again. It is just my personal opinion and not a complaint. I did enjoy the sauna, was able to hit it up very well. Just sauna was important part of my life before I moved to Canada and I know it could look much better!

Beautiful location and friendly staff. We stayed in a cottage and it was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and they provided us a cot. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook a nice meal as well as a BBQ outdoors .

To be honest it was the mosquitoes they kept us indoors. Out of the control of the resort. Also there was some confusion with the front desk as they had said we could move to a larger 2 bedroom cottage for 2 of our 3 nights but it was only available for 1 night and would require us to pack up multiple times. We ended up staying at original cottage.

The amazing view. The place is fantastic a d we will surely come back. I lo e how we can cook our own meal in the cottage. The kids can freely run outside. Like everything in the plave is amazing. I have no exact words how to put it. 😊

Well, I really love the place. However, I was just kinda disappointed where we checked in very late because the cottage wasn't ready yet. We came in exactly 3pm and checked in but the cottage isn't available til almost 5pm.

We loved everything about this place! This was a beautiful resort with 2 pools and a hot tub One pool is located outside with a bar and a beautiful view of the golf course and water. The other pool is located indoors with the hot tub. The food was incredible, and I highly recommend the salmon. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The rooms we perfect with comfortable beds, great water pressure and a cute balcony for enjoying the views and a glass of wine. We will definitely come back.

Great location, great amenities. Kids loved the inside and outside pool, parents loved the hot pool. Restaurant was closed but the nice terrace could be used. Friendly staff, very nice and quiet rooms. I don't play golf but the course looked really good; seems like an excellent location for the golf lovers.

Overall room / bath cleaning was good, vacuuming the carpet inside could be better. Access cards stopped working a few times and had to be reprogrammed at the front desk. Suite kitchenette was very basic - only the sink and countertop space with empty drawers are extra from regular rooms.

Beautiful place. Loved the pool, and the added bonus of horseback riding on the beach and rentals of canoes and kayaks. Such a beautiful spot - I didn’t want to leave. We were pleased with the spa

There was only one restaurant open. The food was excellent but did find a fingernail in my wrap. They were going to give me 10% off the meal until I saw the manager and got 60% off. I hate to say anything negative since staff are hard to find these days and the service was good as well as the food. Need to make sure staff follow all hygiene practices including having short nails when preparing food. This will not prevent me from returning. We also had issues with the remote control not working for the TV. Not a really big deal to me since I didn’t watch it a lot but it may be for someone else.

Most of the staff were incredible, going above and beyond on our "strange" requests. We felt well looked after with one small exception when the management team took over for the staff at lunch and we were given a run around.

The lighting could have been better, especially in the shower. The management team more fully understanding the relationship with the golf club next door would have helped a lot too.

Comfy beds and very clean. Beautiful view from our balcony. The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous with our check-in and check-out.

Our dining experience was very disorganized. They didn't have a kids menu and our menu didn't have much choices and highly priced. There was no section for beverages. They ran out of coffee cream during our breakfast and offered milk as a replacement. What made it better was the food was delicious and nice big portions.

The location and value are great. We loved the view of the water from our room. The pools and hot tub are terrific. I liked that there are multiple places around the resort to relax. One of my favorites was a covered patio with very comfortable outdoor cushioned seating area and patio lights with a terrific view. It was great that there are 2 chairs outside the unit on the balcony.

It's clear that the owners are working to update the property. Our room AC worked perfectly, but the AC in the hallway was not working. I definitely recommend reserving a room on the 2nd or 3rd floors. We were very glad the management could change our room (although we had to wait several hours) from the 1st floor. If you are on the 1st floor, your room looks right out onto the golf course, and the golfers are close.

everything was at the resort was great. The resort was clean and the rooms were also clean and comfortable. The pools were great to relax in and the family loved it. The staff even tucked in my daughters stuffed puppy while doing the room!

This may be due to the timing of our arrival, since our plane was delayed quite a bit. But we were not really told about the actual resort at check in, or given any information to read over the next day. We were told where breakfast could be found, but things like the fire pit (we were wondering how this worked) were not explained. I found out more information about the resort while waiting in line the next day while someone was checking in. possibly some sort of information package would be nice at check in, just printed up or even to be emailed over to you.
