Very roomy one bedroom unit with a gorgeous view of the links golf course and the sunsets. The three golf courses were all excellent and good value since we booked through PEI Golf for a special rate.

Silly little coffee maker in the room. The sofa in the living room was quite dated and uncomfortable. There wasn’t a safe available in the room for valuables.

They were beyond accommodating for our family with late check out...to beach toys... Staff were all wonderful and location was beyond perfection. My 8 year old son loved the golf and my daughter enjoyed the pool. The beach was so beautiful and warm Clean .

We were told there was going to be a bon fire but there wasn't. Regardless our family had a wonderful time!

The location is perfect and it looks stunning when you arrive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach is great and the shuttle service is great on a hot day.

We arrived at 19.00, and our accomodation wasn't ready. The cottage did not have enough equipment for a family of 6, just one of each item and dining for 4. The plug points in the kitchen are not adequate if you're trying to make breakfast and use the toaster and kettle at the same time. The club house was short staffed, so food wait times were over 1 hour. The staff were friendly and doing a good job.

no changing rooms for swimming pool (you have to get changed in a toilet) and no lockers for storing your items. No changing area or relaxation room for spa. restaurant not open Sunday or Monday - we were staying these days typical, and no mention of this on before or after we booked. extremely disappointing. stayed on honeymoon and had a view of the car park no marshmallows or stores for the bonfire

The beach was awesome. The golf course seemed fun ( I didn't play, I went to this hotel with my wife and kids for the beach). The food at the country club was good. A real resort where you can spend a couple of vacation days. The location was perfect, near the Greenwich trail. We had a renovated cottage, and it was beautiful (I'm not sure all the cottage are renovated).

There were a lot of fruit flies in the cottage!!!

Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Large suite with 2 flat screens, jacuzzi tub, fridge, comfy bed all tastefully decorated . Lots of green lawn around, prime golf course adjacent and ocean sunset. Extra activities like beach bonfire.

We loved this property! We stayed in a large king suite with all the amenities. Sadly the weather was awful so we watched a golf tournament on one of the two TVs. We had a delicious meal at Dave’s, the main dining room.

Everything was exceptional. The location, the flexibility with our dogs, the beach access and most of all the friendliness and willingness to go beyond by the staff. There was one day we had to move rooms (we had made two separate bookings) and all our luggage got moved but also our dogs (since we couldn’t bring them that day as we did a seal tour). The staff took them for walks and took great care, it was amazing.

The property and location are gorgeous, and the hotel clearly puts a lot of effort in to maintain a clean and welcoming interior. The staff who greeted us (a young man, I don't remember his name unfortunately) was charming and very friendly.

My one suggestion for improvement would be that, as my partner and I were talking, we both agreed that this hotel could easily become a 5 start hotel with room renovations. This isn't to say the rooms weren't clean or comfortable - they absolutely were. But they are clearly a little dated and less impressive than the hotel exterior and communal areas.

Not that I didn't like anything.... with covid places are understaffed and overworked. With that being said our check in time was 3pm and we didn't actually get a room until 6pm. However the staff was trying to get things done. They comped me some appetizers at the club house. Honestly they had enough to deal with with some of the other irate customers that I really didn't think me joining in was going to get me a room any quicker. Please people just know that most people who work in a customer service position deal with enough harsh words and rude people throughout the day for things that are completely out of their control, maybe instead of yelling or belittling we can be a little more understanding and considerate. Maybe even throw in a smile it goes a long way.
