Breakfast was excellent - only exceeded by the excellence of the staff at breakfast.. In fact the staff in all areas were excellent and the front desk staff ( especially Champdeep) were wonderful. There is at the Delta an atmosphere of friendly welcoming, professionalism and helpfulness. Such has been our experience on regular annual visits going back twelve years ( 10 visits in all - missed two years due to Covid).

The person outside the hotel door sitting under a no smoking sign and smoking cigarettes all day long, day after day - so that entering and exiting the hotel was an unpleasant experience for 100’s of guests each day.

It was a beautiful suite. The jacuzzi was just what I needed. The separation of the main bedroom, was an awesome touch

However, the previous guest(s), soaked the carpet and it made it uncomfortable and me walking on the carpet. The price, when i was booking, was to include a $200 bonus to the spa downstairs. It asked me to sign up for rewards, I did. Continued on to check out, and the gift card I thought I was getting, was not applied . Disappointing

The staff and management were excellent. I had a happy and comfortable stay. Two things that didn't match expectations were a pool renovation that was not stated at time of booking (was really looking forward to that) and an airport shuttle that was not running or didn't exist. Not deal breakers, but the information wasn't congruent.

Large space. Washroom has very good design which we can put a lot of stuff. Sofa put on the edge of window is such a creative design, sit or sleep there is so pleasant. Location is great, right in the Center of DT.

The AC can not adjust Temperature, low to 16 degree

A+++ for proximity to downtown Charlottetown's performing arts venues, restaurants, shops, and Harbourfront. The closest hotel to the water you can get. The pool, fitness centre, restaurant/bar and amazing staff all stood out. We will be recommending to all our friends AND we will be returning. Thank you!

very well managed. property. except for one small incident. Booking.com confirmed check out time as noon But front deskclerks were tactless and insisted that it was 11 am. However I had to show them my Booking. com confirmation agreement that it was noon checkout. subsequently Direction of Operation apologized and cancelled my parking fees.

Great location; room was fairly quiet except for a barking dog somewhere in earshot and people talking in the hallway at times.

No barking dogs - we left ours home for a reason. Coming up from garage to main floor, then to hotel room via a different elevator was a little rough with luggage.

We were not adequately informed at check in about the parade next day which was to have closure around the hotel that would make departure impossible in the am. We just discovered it through the flyer sent to us in the room by chance. Otherwise all good.

We had an "accessible" room. Wall bars in the bathroom were good. Very comfortable king bed and pull out sofa. Great view over the harbour. Pool & exercise facilities very good.

Recommendation: Install 2 hooks - one standing level & one sitting level (wheelchair) hook beside the shower for the bath towel - so that a disable person can grab the towel while wet without walking or wheeling to get it. Also a hook by the sink for a facecloth.
