Rezidence Davids Apartments

Very good accomodation in Prague and extremely gentle and helping staff. My studio was warm and bright, on the 6th floor (there is an elevator) with a nice balcony and a great view. Everything was sparkling clean, the ktchinette fully equipped: fridge, microwave, electric stove, toaster, dishes. Instant coffee, tea bags, sugar and milk powder provided for free. Hot water at any moment with good pressure. Easy to find the accomodation and self check-in/check-out. The accomodation is just 15 minute walk to Smetana Hall and the entrance into Old Town. Tips: 1.Take Regio Bus from the airport, Florence terminal is opposite the accomodation 2. Join one of the free walking tours provided by 100 Spires City Tours, you will also get plenty of recommandtions about the city, the attractions and places where to eat. The studio is PERFECT!

Excellent location - opposite to bus station, close to metro station and walkable distance to city centre. The view from the top floor is stunning. The balcony is lovely as well.

The air-conditioner is time-limited. This is fine on most days but I was there in the hottest week in July!

The apartment was super clean and very cozy. It had all we needed for a short stay. The location was perfect: 20 min walk from the old town, a 3 min walk to the bus station (you can really go anywhere from there), 30 min walk to the Dancing House. Make sure that you try food at the nearby Pivovarsky Club Benedict - such a hidden gem. We only went there because options were sparse on New Years Eve. It turned out to be the tastiest food in Prague!

The balcony was very nice.

The sheets were too small and did not cover the mattress protectors. It's a bit dicy as you do not always know how clean the covers are

we had a great time here visiting Prague. we had the comfort studio with a balcony. This is on the top floor, and has a nice view. The studio is compact, but very well thought through. Everything you need for a city trip is available. Special thanks to our hostess, who helped us with a few questions we had, in a fast and very friendly manner. I can only recommend this accommodation, and when we ever visit Prague again, we know where we’ll stay! 😉

Nothing, really. Don’t expect a spacious, luxury suite … there are other places (and prices) for that. But it was absolutely perfect for our city trip.

The location was perfect, right round the corner from Florenc metro station and tram stops. It’s also opposite the bus depot. The apartment was quiet, clean, had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Getting the keys was straight forward. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The only issue I had was that there were no sockets near the bed. Not a big deal but just meant I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room and could not watch anything in bed when settling down for the night. However, this had no impact on my stay and is more of a personal preference.

I rented a studio apartment in October 2023 for 4 nights. The apartment is clean, tidy and welcoming. Please see the attached photos. It has a small kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, a small fridge, a toaster, a coffee machine that takes Nescafe Dolce pods, and a sink. Instant coffee and tea bags are provided. A small bath tub with shower. We have asked for twin beds, the host was very accommodating, and did provide twin beds. The bedroom has a separate door to keep the noise down. The room is spacious; besides the beds, it has a dinning table, a TV (with 2 HDMI inputs), a tall drawer unit, a place to hang cloths. The location is super convenient. It is practically opposite the Florenc Bus Terminal (long distance coach station). A short walk to the Florenc Metro station that serves both B and C Lines. In front of the Metro station is a tram stop, many tram lines (3, 8, 24, 90, 92) stop here. Connections to the international Vaclav Havel Airport is easy. Airport Express bus is available at the Prague main railway station, Praha hlavní nádraží, which is one stop away by the Metro C Line. Two supermarkets nearby, Billa and Albert. Some restaurants in the area (we didn’t try), fast foods available inside the Bus Terminal, and a McDonalds nearby. We had a great stay at Prague. Three cheers should be given to the host, Mila. She is very responsive and courteous, answered all queries quickly.

Possibly no room to have a microwave oven. Only could see other apartments out of windows. A power socket near the bed could be very useful.

The kitchen had all the things we needed. The room was spacious and well furnished.

The noise from the street wasn’t pleasant but I understand that this is out of their control.

Very comfortable and clean apartment which had a very nice view of part of the city and a green hill. The small kitchen contained everything one needs to make breakfast or simple meals, there was an AC which worked well, the bed was comfortable and the cleaning and staff very nice. :)

The street outside is quite busy and noisy, but it is not that bad with windows closed. I sleep with earplugs and with that I was not disturbed at all. So it was not really an issue for me, but its good to be aware of if one is easily disturbed by traffic noise.

Great apartment option in Prague, heritage building conveniently located next to Florenc. Walking distance to Old Town, easy access to Metro and trams. Albert supermarket nearby. Heritage building my balcony room had a nice view. Self-managed checkin/out but manager on WhatsApp if you need it. room cleaning once per week. kitchenette well appointed with espresso pod machine.

single induction hob makes it slightly difficult for full self catering. rubbish system not totally clear. aircon can’t be adjusted, took me five days to work out there was a switch behind the curtain where you could turn it off or on. all pretty minor details.
