Excellent place to stay in Mumbai... close to Airport and Bandra West. Excellent buffet breakfast... good variety of food. Great swimming pool...rooms are spacious and staff are fantastic...if you are visiting Mumbai from Australia...I highly recommend this place. All staff are fantastic from checking in to checking out.. The staff member who checked us in was fantastic. She was very professional and courteous.

Good Location, Food variety, Range of services provided. Also, room equipment was excellent - Tea pot (with variety of instant drinks), Fresh water. Iron (with stand), Safe Box, Fridge. Bath and Shower available in one bathroom. Additionally, the variety of connections (220V plug, USB, etc) is not in one place, so you always has an option where to plug your device.

Some imperfections related to cleanliness - For example, room inside can be super-clean, but the dirty windows glass (outside) destroy this appreciation. Also, there were some "footprints" from previously stayed customers - such as hairs in the shower room. Also, in my room a water drain in basin seemed to be clogged and was annoyingly slow - I think the drain pipes need to be cleaned.

was offered a king room - which was a welcome upgrade.. extra bed was not used even with 2 x adults and 2 x kids (8 and 4) - so would recommend saving on it. special recognition to house keeping staff who made the room so well and also tidied up used kids clothes which were at times all over the room. we forgot her name otherwise would have given her deserving recoginition here. breakfast choices were great view of Jio world plaza fountain from the room even payable food was pricey but nice, including tea.

pool - could have a heated pool. downstairs (o22) was better suited (temperature wise) but had long waits for breakfast. lounge was not as lavish as some other hotels we have stayed in city like orchid hotel in vile parle, which comes in handy for a quick meet with some friends who you dont want to dine in an restaurant with or take them up to your room.

We really had an amazing stay at Trident- BKC. We we were stunned by the service given by the staff. I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by Ashwini Singh at the reception to Madhav the chef who catered our dietary requirements with an ease. Elisabeth from housekeeping was just an amazing person always with a smile on her face. She made sure that our room was cleaned every single day and met our requirements as well. Overall the smile on everyone’s face just made us feel so welcomed and felt like home❤️. On the day of the checkout, Ashwini Singh made sure everything was done quickly without any waiting time. Also Mr Ratnagir ( senior trainer) at the reception was so calm and composed and so softly spoken as well. I hope I have provided the correct name. He came all the way till the waiting area after the checkout and was overwhelmed with our positive feedback. I had mentioned it to him and Ashwini that we were truly impressed with everything at the hotel and thanks for making my husband’s 40th Birthday so memorable and special.

Everything was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of options to choose from.

The booking amount was paid before checkin. But when we checked out. They said the payment wasn’t reflecting in their, that’s when their staff took a photo of the UPI payment that I had made and I paid the balance amount that I had utilised from the mini bar. 4 hours after checkout I got a call saying “Ma’am when will you be checking out?” That’s when I replied saying I’ve already checked out. So the staff then replied “Ma’am but your bills are not cleared”. Not blaming the staff. But when you’re making a payment of more than ₹20000, it has to reflect on the system. It’s a glitch I get it. But if I didn’t have proof of it I wouldn’t be able to prove myself

The rooms were of a high standard and a very good size. The main restaurant was also offering a lot. And the other facilities in the hotel were very good including the gym and the swimming pool. We thought the price we paid was fair for this standard.

When we checked in, it was chaos. The reception staff could not allocate our rooms because they were not ready. What would have helped is if they had been honest, given us something to counter the inconvenience and asked us to come back rather than allowing queues to form. In the end, we were compensated for the inconvenience with a free breakfast on the day of our checkout and we appreciated this gesture. We got this because we asked for them to acknowledge the inconvenience and frustration they had caused.

I prefer trident for my business trip to india but bkc trident has very almost no option to sit with clients ,talk business and drink coffee for an hour or so. the pattisserie outside of hotel lobby is very weak, seats not comfortable, good to no use, very small and only outside place is available. they should definately design an interior calm place with arm chairs tables to sit and have coffee. the bar area in the restuarant is not an option.

We got an upgrade to the club room, thanks to the receptionist Devesh. Also exceptional room service by Gaurav. Awesome Breakfast options. Every detail of the room was near perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the room and the bath was classy except for a brown tile along the tub wall. Would appreciate it if the hotel would consider being flexible with international travelers by providing a proper concierge service (on early arrival) which is not tied to a spa service. Considering that early check-in here is pricey and not everyone has any interest in a spa service. This would definitely go a long way in improving customer experience even if it is done at a tiny fraction of the cost.

I liked everything. I travel a lot and know what I'm talking about. The hotel makes you feel at home. The staff cares about your every step. They help with everything. Excessive attention. Here you can relax and feel real comfort. The rooms are clean, comfortable, there is water and fruit every day. You can eat breakfast for the whole day. Huge selection of dishes from different cuisines of the world. Many thanks to the staff for the level of service! European hotels need to learn from you. Hotel Trienda is the best of the exotic!

Highly recommended hotel specially for those who travel for business trips. I would like to say special thank you to all the staff of Trident Hotel for such high level of hospitality and making me feel very special guest! Check-in process was very smooth and pleasant by receptionist Krunal, who was very polite and attentive to all my requests. During breakfast I was assisted by very kind waiter Jayraj, as well as chef Yash, who made sure my breakfast is joyful. Surprisingly, twice I have received small gestures from housekeeping team Vinay and Jyoti, I have received amazing perfume and make-up pouch with a lovely notes. Definetely will be back again!
