Hotel's location was very convenient, and quality of the room and building was really nice. I booked a night before my early flight for convenience. When my flight got canceled and rebooked to a day after, I had to try and get an extra night. I was initially told that the hotel was sold out that night. But the extremely helpful staff at the front desk was able to get me another night, and made the process after a stressful night of cancelation notifications a lot easier on me. Also, the consistent free shuttle to airport was nice.

I did notice that ubereats service did not seem to work at the airport, like it showed no results. Not sure exactly why, but it made finding convenient food really hard, as there aren't much options and I had to eat at their in house restaurant. Wasn't bad, but was a bit pricey. Could probably call in other delivery services but I wasn't willing to spend money to travel to go back into the city area, but yeah, had I known, I would have brought food in from outside.

Very nice looking hotel with very comfortable bed and pillows. Bottles of water in room along with coffee, coffee and tea downstairs. It would have been nice to have tea in room considering the price of the room, and a small snack like a biscuit. The restaurant is expensive but the food is very nice, if nothing exceptional it is of good quality and tasty. Staff is very nice and welcoming.

The taxi service however is a rip-off: he set off turning around without using his GPS and we only made it to our destination (an actual 3 minute's away from the hotel) when I used my own GPS app and gave him directions. As a result we still had to pay for his obvious goal of ripping us off, this is unacceptable and one should use an app like Uber instead.

The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The checkin person was conversational, pleasant and kind. The shuttle bus was prompt to and from airport and the driver’s assistance with our suitcases was most appreciated.

We ate dinner in the dining room and our server was excellent. Attentive, and conversational even though she was quite busy serving a number of tables. For the cost of the food we ordered, however, its presentation, quality and preparation was, at best, mediocre.

The overall experience was really good. It was a stay for my next flight from Montreal Airport. Since the hotel is near the airport, the shuttle showed up in no time. The food was good at the restaurant even though there are no different cuisine available. I would rate 5 stars for my stay at Sheraton Montreal Airport Hotel.

Not having food options for Asian vegetarians. I did not have time to go out and explore the area for food options.

The room was very comfortable. it was way cheaper than hotels in the city that's why we went for it. very close to the airport. Staff are really nice. If you are flying it's a good option to consider.

except the noise of the planes I have nothing to negative to say. you would hear airplanes taking off till 1am (at least that's when I slept). nothing interrupted my sleep but maybe airplanes stop taking off after 1am at YUL.

The Sheraton overall and our room was clean and comfortable. Front-desk staff super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very nice, and food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The free shuttle provided was a quick ride to the airport.

There was no place outside to walk around - we wanted to stretch our legs a bit after sitting all morning. The garden with paths located in back of the restaurant looked very pleasant but apparently it is no longer available for guests to walk around in which is too bad.

Perfect property to stay in being so close to the airport. Fabulous having the free shuttle. Keeping luggage after check out all hugely appreciated. Bed wonderfully comfortable!

With all due respect, the staff were absolutely fabulous, no complaints there! Only one small issue at check in, the staff on did have a difficulty understanding English and my payment questions and requests. We got there in the end.

We arrived mid evening and were picking up a rental car early next morning so this provided us a convenient overnight with a free half hourly shuttle to and from airport. The hotel itself is rather soul less and devoid of character and ambience but this was of little importance to as our priority was a room with comfortable mattress quality bed linen and all the amenities and facilities you need

Very friendly staff, quick check in and great shuttle service (large vehicle and nice drivers).One 5 minutes away from the terminal.

As it is close to the airport you cannot avoid some airplane noise, but it is an airport hotel in the end. The pick up point is at departure level at exit 8 and there are no signs in the arrival area.

The bed was perfection: firm, crisp linens. Slept like a baby!

We had a late flight and because transportation into and out of the city is so time consuming, we decided to spend time in the hotel. Surprise: the gym was closed, and there is no pool or hot tub. There is no skin lotion in the rooms. A small thing, but since covid, I am meticulous about hand washing and my hands were excruciatingly dry, and I had run out of lotion.
