I love this place, I stayed here with my husband many times in the past and traveled with my brother this time. I am totally happy here. Its clean, quiet, spacious, nice service, staff is nice, great location and CVS in walking distance for anything you night need late in the evening. The room comes with a microwave and fridge. I cant wait to stay there again soon. Love it here.

I don't have a bad word to say abut the Sleep Inn in Scottsdale. They could improve their breakfast and add a few more items to choose from, but its okay as it is. Everything taste good.

My daughter and I were in town emptying out her storage unit. It was a difficult process but the Sleep Inn allowed us to bring in each container, sort and then either pack, donate or throw out what she no longer needed. They allowed us to dump our garbage and when my daughter learned the staff would accept our donations, it made it easier for her to let go of the things she had bought for her home in AZ. The Sleep Inn was so understanding, supportive and made a difficult situation more acceptable and comfortable for us. We are forever grateful. Especially when we arrived and got to the second floor and the first book on your bookcase we saw, read "Lea lead the way"! That is my daughters name and she sure lead the way and is now back in NY, Leading the way to a beautiful life. Thank you to everyone at the Sleep Inn!!!!

More staff to help maintain hotel.

Breakfast was very good. A nice omelet and fried potatoes were a change from the usual hot breakfast offerings of scrambled eggs and sausage. Very light and tasty.

On the negative side--there was only 1 towel rack for 4 towels in a bedroom with two queen beds (for 4 people). Stayed at Sleep Inn in Flagstaff with the same layout and they had a nice towel rack with a shelf and towel bard behind the toilet, in addition to the regular towel rack. Many fewer TV channels offered than in the Sleep Inn in Flagstaff.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. "Breakfast" was more than just ample with many choices of cereals, egg & cheese omelets, potatoes, and sausage links. In particular we looked forward to making our waffles with the maker provided. Juices and coffee finished off breakfast well. The Pool and Hot Tub were wonderful in the evenings, no problem with spare towels. The room, bed, and A/C controls were all fine, operational and kept us very comfortable. The location was perfect for where we needed to be and offered walking distance convenience to shopping and restaurants. We liked it so much that we booked a room for another two days.

The only thing we thought that could be better would be to have some sort of shuttle service to/from the air port and possibly other local/ major points of interest. As it was, we used Lyft for our travel needs.

Stayed here has an easy access to Mayo Clinic, mall shopping and restaurants. There were 2 chairs in the room which isn't common. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Like the bath/shower lay-out.

The bed didn't have the greatest support-not firm enough.

Fantastic property. Very well behaved staff. Special thanks to Sandra, who was the concierge at the time of my check in (8:30 pm). The pool is a bonus. The breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are sparkling clean.

Hotel was clean, beds are comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.

When I was taking a shower the water would suddenly go cold on and off. I believe most hotels have a circulating pump to keep this from happening. Maybe theirs wasn't working properly?

The room was very well appointed. Clean and very comfortable. I was in town for my son's college graduation so I was unable to try out your breakfast because of scheduled commitments. Looking forward to trying out the breakfast bar next time!

I would have liked the garbage cans emptied out but I understand rooms are only cleaned upon request now.

No maid service to restock room. Ran out of coffee cups.
