Multiple breakfast choices to get me started to my morning drive. Coffee, proteins (eggs/sausages) oatmeal, yogurts, tea, etc.. the ladies serving were so helpful and the dining room kept spotless clean with multiple tables and new upholstered booths. The hotel location was tucked in at the end of road across a beautiful line of trees and a pond. The room was clean and all the amenities were as pictured. But most of all, the people that worked in the hotel were focused in making my experience of 8 days very pleasant. From the breakfast lady, cleaning person, guard and the counter person. The hotel was more than my expectation for a good cheaper price.

Nice location based on distance from main road eliminating traffic noise. Very peaceful!

Breakfast has a rating of 4. There are few options, which don't taste very good. We'd rather go to Walmart and buy our own bread, with ham and cheese than eat breakfast at the hotel. It wasn't a big problem for us as we didn't have high expectations. There is a person selling trips at the door, he says he has a gift for you, but in the end to book you need to pay. This seems like a scam, and I wouldn't want to be disturbed in the hotel on my trip.

The breakfast was amazing! Hot food and a very large variety. This hotel is very clean and in a good location. There is plenty of parking and the parking spaces are large.

You do need to drive to the nearby attractions. This hotel sits off the interstate in a quiet area, however it takes a few minutes to drive to local parks. They do have a shuttle, but it is only available a specific times.

the location of this property was great. Easy access to Disney & Universal properties and there are food and grocery options within a mile. I liked the free parking and the room was good enough for our stay. If you spend a lot of time your hotel room you may want something nicer. We just needed a place to sleep in between theme parks and it served it’s purpose. The elevators were quick and breakfast was okay. It would’ve been nice to have bagels, pastry type items and more fresh fruit options.

The walls are thin and the hotel is kind of dingy. The carpet was torn in the hallways and there was a dehumidifier in the middle of the hall.

Location for Disney was excellent and for local restaurants,breakfast was good, metal cutlery, ceramic plates and cups would be better,all staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean. Could not get the safe to operate, clearer set up instruction would help, but overall 8/10 very good 👍

Main carpet from reception to the lifts on the ground floor needs cleaning or replacing which is a shame as the rest of the hotel was clean and well presented.

The hotel is on a dead end of a street full of villas and other hotels, it's pretty quiet. The rooms are ok, the beds are spring mattresses, what you would expect at this price level. The rooms are spacious and very clean, there's ample free parking, a pool, gym and business center. If you are a smoker there is a seated area outside where you can smoke and be far apart from the property where nobody would be bothered by you. Really a good place if you aren't looking for the amenities of the resorts in the area.

1. The WIFI!! They have an older Wifi system that is extremely slow (95/15), and not configured properly. If you log into the Wifi and start streaming anything on your laptop, the system will ask you to re-sign in every 10 minutes. The site should tell their people to get new generation Ubiquiti Access Points, and get rid of the 10 year old Gen 2 Access points they are currently using. 2. The Televisions in the rooms broadcast on analog signal, and the quality of the image is so bad that normal TV watching is unbearable, but if you have a laptop you can bypass that and use that...as long as you use your personal hotspot on your phone (see above) 3. When we first entered our room, it had a musty smell, but it dicipated after we aired out the room.

I loved everything

The bathroom door (sliding door) wouldn't stay closed & I didn't get a good night's sleep. My daughter wanted a light on so if she needed to use the restroom in the night so I would've like to close the door at least so minimal light came out & I wasn't able too. I didn't like the fact that I messaged them double checking on the pricing and was told otherwise when I got here it was 100$ deposit but refundable because I was staying for more then 2 nights when they should've stated that in the message when I asked prior to me arriving

Excellent location, close to Disney World and close to convenient Irlon Bronson Av with a lot of locations to eat and for groceries. It's a good relationship price-value hotel. Tipical american breakfast with some hot options. It's my second time, and definitely we'll come back. Staff is very friendly.

What I did not like this time, the floor of the room was not very clean, the bathtub in the room that we had needs an update. The other unpleasant thing was a smell in the corridor on the 1st floor near the elevator, I don't know if it was a guest who doesn't understand that can't smoke or it was an employee, that happened every night of my stay, was disgusting overall for kids. Housekeepers should avoid yelling in the morning, not all of us wake up early.

It was very convenient that it was close to the Disney parks. The facility was nice and quiet so we were able to rest after vising Disneyworld. Breakfast was ok with muffins but understandable due to the circumstances due to the pandemic. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room that was originally given to us did not have any hot water, but when I told the front desk, they immediately moved me over to another room. They were awesome and acted quickly to accomadate.
