Everything was wonderful. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The bed was fantastically comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the serving area was very clean. I would totally stay there again, no question.

The only thing I didn't like, but was still not a downer. I went to get a cup of coffee from the breakfast area, and the coffee was luke warm at its best. I made myself a fresh hot cup in the room. I do feel like in a suite, with the kitchen type area and the sink, maybe include a small dish detergent of some sort.

Outside property was appealing. The inside was bright, cheery and clean. Staff was exceptional because when I asked for places to eat since I got there late. The attendant walked to the front of the building and directed me where to go. She was very pleasant and helpful. I like the fact that you offer in/out privileges at the parking lot which made it very convient. I lived the fact that the hotel had very easy access for places to eat and shop.

The only thing i didn’t like were the eggs at breakfast

The location was beautiful I was really glad we were that close to the waterfront. The room was pretty comfortable and spacious. Definitely another plus, was how close it was to the various restaurants - quite convenient. The elevator was pretty fast!

The only downside was our view from our room; looking out the window and seeing the parking garage wasn't the best way to view the sunset. Hmmm, not to be petty - but i wasn't a fan of the iron, if there was a weakest link - it would be that non-steaming, but the water is full - still found a way to leak out from the back, iron

Breakfast was hot and fresh each day. The eggs, meat and potatoes varied each day. It was nice to have a change. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast staff was excellent. The hotel was very clean and whiting walking distance of restaurants and harbor views.

The bed pillows were a bit flat. New and fluffy pillows are needed. I wish all rooms had a mini-fridge.

The front desk staff was friendly and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The room was a great size for two people and my friend said the sofa bed was comfortable. We were also allowed to check in early; please note, you have to call and confirm the room is ready beforehand. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We could easily walk to just about anything in the area within minutes.

My one complaint was parking. Parking was $24 and I thought it was advertised online as $20. Additionally, parking is in a garage across the street from the hotel so either drop off all of your stuff before you park be prepared to haul it all back to the hotel. This may be an issue for big parties. Lastly, the parking garage does NOT take cash as we were told.

I had great encounter with the staff! It started with Kenya on check-in, the breakfast hostess (2), brand new hotel manager, and checkout with Alexis. Very polite, helpful and professional. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Location to attractions was walking distance.

Elevator was under repair. Both of them! Wifi signal in room was weak. Prefer outside pool versus small indoor pool. For some reason, water in sink was only hot, no cold water! Strange.

Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. Perfect location for attending a conference at the hotel across the street. The parking garage is right next door which is very convenient. And to top it off the breakfast was excellent and the convenience shopping was fully sticked with a great assortment of options.

The room was a very generous size ! Was great for 5 people. We had to utilize the sofa bed which was just a comfortable than the bed which was a pleasentbsuorise

Ice machine to n our floor was broken and there was a odor as u u walked into the front lobby that was a lil unpleasant. Assuming that was due to pool being right there

I liked the breakfast and the dining/seating area. The location was very good, and allowed us to easily get to where we needed to go with ease.

Upon check-in the front desk clerk did not advise us that we could have asked for a parking pass to avoid paying for parking every time we left the garage. We received that information upon check-out, and by then it was too late.

The room was clean and nice, location from my conference was great, and the breakfast was nice.

When I booked with Booking.com I was told my stay for 4 nights would be $1050.20 but when I arrived I had to pay $1312.75, WHY? When I checked out and asked for a receipt I was told by Hampton Inn staff they couldn't give me a receipt and that I had to get my receipt from Booking.com. I would like a receipt please.
