The breakfast room was very clean and had everything from a continental breakfast. Every day there was something new from the hot bar and the kids enjoyed very much the waffle machine with whipped cream. The personnel were very polite and happy to accommodate any request. We had a very noisy family with little kids and couldn't sleep the first night, they move us to another room far away in a very quiet area. The entrance of the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The pool was so warm and cozy, never too crowded. The Wi-Fi coverage was excellent, the parking area big enough and the location awesome, we wanted to be outside Providence closer to Barrington-Bristol. The room was clean and comfy mattresses. Overall is an excellent location with a great value.

Everything. It was a very clean hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfast was good with lots of selections.

We were all the way in the back of the hotel, so it was a long walk to everything. I suggest a sitting area back there. There is plenty of yard to accommodate these for the convenience of your guest, plus make it a smoking granted area.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast staff was amazing. Breakfast was also very good. We enjoyed the layout, which was a bit confusing at first but fun once we figured it out.

The pool felt dirty at times and like it had too much chlorine at other times. The kids didn't care, but they paid for it afterward complaining of eye pain. The room itself also felt a bit dingy.

We liked the location. Breakfast was varied except for the fruit. There is a sports bar next door which was fun. The breakfast staff (the Portuguese woman in particular) were very helpful and friendly. Even though it was after 10 a.m., she asked all of us guests if we were done with breakfast before clearing away the food. The Spanish-speaking guy at the front desk from NYC was very helpful in giving tips and tourist recommendations. Unfortunately, we had to end our trip a day early. We were not charged for canceling the last night.

We decided to drive at night, so we got there at 2 in the morning on Wednesday night, the woman on the front desk wasn't friendly. We spent five nights there. We asked them to clean the room everyday. One day they forgot to clean it. They did apologize though.

Breakfast was okay, items could be hotter. Pastries could be better quality.

Room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly and was full of pet allergens. After the pandemic I would expect the rooms to be more deeply sanitized. My sister had an intense allergic reaction the moment we walked into the room. We had to get her allergy meds which was inconvenient.

Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, pool was very nice, and the hotel is very close to major roads.

The pillows were way too mushy and the main part of the hotel, ie hallways, did not get cleaned consistently. The hotel itself is a little dated and could use some upgrading.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and what you’d expect for the hotel rate. Lyric, at the front desk, was very pleasant and helpful. When we arrived, we’d just finished walking across Rhode Island, a trip that took us two days and 35 miles to complete. It was the main reason we came in from Texas. When we checked in, Lyric was so friendly and told us about the heated pool, which is exactly what our achy muscles needed. Thank you for the nice stay!

Maybe a little more variety day to day for breakfast.

Big breakfast buffet with tons of options. The indoor pool was a great place for the kids to get their wiggles out. Nice little gym to get my own wiggles out. It was nice and easy to order from the pub next door without having to drive to get food. Tap water tasted good.

The room was a bit dirty when we got there (lots of dirt/mud in the bathtub.)

Lobby was inviting, staff was lovely and the breakfast was perfect for what we expected.

The room needed some repairs. a few minor damages were seen and the bathroom outlet where you needed to use the blow dryer did not work. We had a business type event in Providence and luckily I brought my own hair dryer but had no mirror to use (no outlet by mirror). I managed but as a female a clean professional well kept look is important and it’s nice to see how you are doing in the process (thank goodness I didn’t plan on a hair curler).

The room staff was awesome! They were very friendly and willing to help with every need! The bed as very comfortable and the room very clean! Has a huge parking lot for even the biggest combination of vehicles! The breakfast was also great!

Not much to dislike! They have everything!
