Room was a comfortable for a one night stay and quiet on a Sunday night. Great location that's walkable from Amtrak and lots of restaurants and bars, the waterfront, and museums. Staff is very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The walls are pretty thin and you can also totally see through the bathroom "door". I wouldn't recommend staying on the higher floors when the rooftop bar is open, as it probably gets really loud. They could also use some "Do Not Disturb" tags for the door, so that it's clear you don't need housekeeping (we had our door opened while we were in there). The price was also a little high for a basic room with no real amenities or breakfast included.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. The window had a room darkening shade. The room was very small, but it was all that was needed for a couple staying for one night. The bathroom was spacious despite the small room. Thw hotel had 2 bar/resturants within it. I would definitely come back for a couple staying for one quick night in the city!

Oddly there were minimal outlets. So if you have a lot to charge or plus in, bring a power strip ot extension cord. We has a leak in a pipe under the sink. Told the front desk and went to dinner. Came back with ir fixed and all new towels!!

friendly and helpful staff. everything looked quite new. location was great for us, ideally for a short trip to Philly – train station and all important sights as well as shopping options are all in walking distance.

interior is almost too puristic, quite cold to be honest. and the room was – taking the "boutique-style" into account – too small for two people with luggage (but it sure will be great for business trips etc.). bathroom had a milk glass door so the whole room lit up when going to the bathroom in the night.

The property was located in a bustling neighborhood allowing you to be close to many attractions. Just be forewarned; if you’re driving and plan on using the garage located directly across the street from the hotel, the hotel suggests the garage as well, be careful and inform the garage staff where you’re staying. They offer the overnight $50 rate, but you can go out as you please without incurring fees unlike SpotHero.

They had Peloton bikes located in the gym. Just bring your cycling shoes and you’ll be a happy camper.

The location from the train station was 15 minutes walking distance & 5 minute taxi ride. The cafe & restaurant was a nice addition. The room was cozy & small for my liking. Just enough space for me to move around and that's the whole idea of the concept. It's a boutique hotel. I love the barn yard door for the bathroom that separate the room. The bed was comfy. Also I enjoy the security of the elevator. Each person has to put their key on the panel to their floor of their room versus on person doing it for all floors which I enjoy. No unnecessary roaming the hallways of unwanted guests. Front staff was very helpful from the time I checked in to the end of my stay. I will definitely be back again and also visit the one in my hometown of Washington DC. It's only 3 in the US and other one in Tulum Mexico.

Great location in the centre of the city close to many good restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and comfortable, TV connecting to Netflix was nice and overall great value for the location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice coffee shop downstairs and two bars which seemed very trendy/popular. Really good fitness centre in the basement

Rooms are small and have limited space for storage, sitting etc. Air con was slightly noisy.

The room was very and I mean very clean the elevator never took more than 20 seconds to reach us anytime we were trying to leave check in was fairly quick and check out was super easy

No mini fridge( i know it’s a micro hotel) but you gave me two room temp bottles of water. And the hotel has a restaurant in lobby and you can smell the food cooking but really didn’t smell appetizing and made my clothes smell of the food when I walked in and out parking sucked also we used the place across the street from hotel which advertises discounted rates when you stay there but it did not give us any discount at all

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The offered suggestions for while we were staying there. Let us know they will hold our bags after checkout without us asking. They seemed genuine in everything they said or asked. We met 3 different front desk teams during our stay and they were all equally pleasant and helpful. Everyone had personality and that goes a long way! The location was great! We walked everywhere we wanted to go.

Customer service from Mary the entire stay was Awesome. Hilton is located near Healthy Picks for early breakfast,3 doors to the corner! Rooftop open to the public with employee access, PERFECT. I loved the Bay window with two blind options to filter the natural light ❤️

Hilton should have their own parking deck with in/ out service not at the William Penn House without in & out access.. All rooms should have microwaves

The room was very clean and looked up to date with materials. The bathroom was really nice and comfortable, the bed was exceptionally comfortable! The rooms are a bit compact but I'm fine with that personally. I really liked the amount of available lighting too, the bed night lights are a really nice touch.

I dont really have any complaints. Maybe drawers for clothes or a few more shelves would be nice. Also for clothes
