It looks like 5-star hotel, but the truth its 4. I like the luxury style in the lobby and reception area. The bath and toilet similar to five-star requirements, even closet and such things in the room. There are some rooms come with sea view and you will be lucky to get one.

This hotel is based in a good location, especially being nearby City Centre Mall and some food complexes. However, its difficult to walk around those places due to lack of walking round and empty lands there. Disco's music has very loud sound at night, so I believe that would be unsuitable for some families with kids. Sea view choice should be shown at booking process.

The Hotel is conveniently located close to the City Centre Mall. I stayed in a room with sea-facing balcony and it was an excellent view. The room was sizeable and the bed was very comfortable.

The water from the shower area tends to flow out to the main toilet and needs to be fixed. Its a safety hazard and also unpleasant to step on water soaked floor mats. The Vanity Top (granite slab) holding the sink is hanging at an odd angle and any slight pressure on the sink (wash basin) area may cause it to collapse and may cause injury. (Any guest who puts his feet on it to wipe his feet may be at a high risk).

The stuff is helpfull

There is ATABA restourant in the grand flour. its like night club and there is live music every night. The sound is loudly. It stars to music around 11 till 2 am. Its annoying and disturbing. Difficult to sleep.

We absolutely loved the view from our room. The bed was super comfortable and everything was really clean and nice. The breakfast was nice but i think few more items can be added. Overall we enjoyed a lot. The location is really good

- location is perfect. easy access, like 1 minute away from CityCenter. - service , reception , room service, house keeping are all respectful, welcoming and helpful. - the view and the balcony is an extra point. love it ❤️ - my friend broke one drinking glass by mistake. they came and cleaned the broken glasses and didn’t charge us a thing although i tried to insist to pay for it at check out. - car parkings are always plenty and available. - value for the money is superb. don’t think i will get any accommodation with the same specification for a similar price. - IT WILL DEFINITELY BE MY FIRST CHOICE IF I EVER COMEBACK TO BAHRAIN.

- there’s no real fridge in the room. its just a coolant. it wouldn’t keep your Pepsi or left over food any cold.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a large desk for working, and the bed was very comfortable. Likewise, the bathroom was large and well designed with a roomy walk-in shower. Cleanliness throughout was excellent, however some of the furniture was battered and could do with replacing. The breakfast was included in my room rate and was fine. The hot food was ok, the pastries and fruit platter were excellent. The restaurant staff were very friendly and approachable. There was ample parking outside the hotel, but the underground car park is currently closed for renovations. The location is great, very near the City Centre Mall and all the attractions of Seef.

In terms of food, the hotel is fully focused on the GCC market, with no pork or alcohol served in the hotel. If you hail from outside the Middle East, there are other options in the area, similarly priced, that may suit your needs better. The Samawar restaurant on-site serves delicious, mainly Arabic food, but smoking is allowed and shisha is offered. I don't know if there is a separate non-smoking area, this wasn't told to me. The immediate vicinity of the hotel is a mess, the block resembles a building site with building in progress at the hotel currently, and on the roads immediately around the site. The road by the restaurant is unpaved and very dusty.

the receptionist was very rude. My booking included breakfast and argued with me that my booking excluded breakfast. Booking.com didn’t inform them that breakfast was included. An apology was not made once I had to go down and show her. Unprofessional behaviour.

We received family connecting rooms, which was very important to us. We were also upgraded to rooms with balconies, which was great! Staff was very friendly, at reception and also in hotels facilities (swimming pool/restaurant). Children enjoyed their time, and we are looking forward to going again soon.

Next to ironman start. Ample parking. Hotel not too big and impersonal like The Grand next door. Ample space upfront to put bikes for mechanic. Neaby boutique coffee shops and restaurant as well as City Center Mall.

Room faced into next building so no natural light. Booked was admittedly made late. Breakfast coffee was terribly strong. Price variance from advertised on booking.com to after "service charge" and taxes.

Really comfortable executive King room, good a/c controls and superb shower. The staff were excellent, courteous, helpful and generally nice people. I was taken care of by Asma, she was superb, really professional and attentive. Overall very impressed by this hotel, good value in a great location.

The restaurants were only so so, food wasn’t great and some restaurants (i.e. Patio) has limited opening hours. However, there’s loads of restaurants nearby to choose from. There was some noise from construction work and the sound of loud music late in the evenings but managed to block this out.
