The breakfast options were absolutely amazing. Dawn was also really great she got us checked in and when we were checking out she was just getting there the next day for her shift and seemed shocked we turned in our room keys. Most people don't do that but they cost money so why not turn them in and make things a little bit better for everyone. We would stay here again.

The pool was nice the water to me was way cold. But that is just me. I did have a concern about the pipe right next to the stairs on the 6 feet end it should at least have a cap of some kind on the end of it so that it isn't a hazard.

I like the price let’s face the Hyatt Regency so don’t expect the Hyatt Regency. Location was excellent the pool was very nice we loved the breakfast in the morning with the waffle machine but we especially like the super clean room with the incredibly comfortable king bed! Add to mention it but I love the bars of soap they have here also. The air conditioning worked incredibly well. We love the front desk clerk I want to see Janice but I’m probably wrong. The one we had a check in with not very Personable but I’m not faulting a place for one person. This is a great motel and had a refrigerator and other items that we didn’t need such as an iron and ironing board.

You know people complain about little pony fans and we don’t have anything to complain about because we knew what we were getting. This is very good value for the money if you wanna spend $350 go somewhere else.

Easy to find and conveniently placed. Not too far from downtown Boise. Located next to a gas station and Applebees. Beds were comfortable and they offered breakfast, although we weren’t able to eat due to what our trip entailed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a question about a charge and the property manager was more than happy to address it and assure me it would be fixed.

Only stayed for a quick trip, overall was a good quick stay.

We had a confirmed room reserved with you, but you cancelled our booking because we had kitten with us. I asked for a pet accommodation which was approved. You caused me tremendous stress trying to find a hotel on short notice. We were never there so why did you charge us $108.00 that still has not been credited to my card?

The staff was super great and friendly. I appreciate that as I am a younger solo female traveler and I can often be greeted with less than kind welcomes upon check-ins ( really, it happens ALL the time) So that goes a long way for me. Thanks, Super 8 Boise, y'all are great.

Good location Applebee's across street liked water pressure of the shower a rare find these days. microwave and pretty good sized refrigerator in room

Tried to vending machines at 2am front desk couldn't give me change when I finally got change veding machines did not work jammed up.both washer and dryers out of service.

Easy on and off the freeway. It is right across the street from an Applebee's restaurant and you can get a discount if you show them your key card.

There were a lot of stairs. If you cannot do stairs make sure to ask about the handicap access We were not told about the handicap access, we discovered that on our own. The hallways to the elevator are dim and you still have to go down stairs to get to it from the lobby.

Everything was well done, and the staff was outstanding! The breakfast was great as well.

We did not like the dogs in the pool area, even though they were labeled "service dogs. They were not leashed up and bothered us with sniffing etc.

Quick check in ,pool was actually open and able to use. Room was clean and smelled nice. Common areas were clean to include outside 😊

I didn't like the bed very old, box springs went out quite awhile ago. Safe was un useable. No phone charging ports no iron or ironing board . The desk chair let's just say not too long before it's the cause of a court case.

24 hour staff

The bed was very uncomfortable and deceitful.in how tall the mattress was. Never had a mattress collapse so much when sitting down or laying on it. Will make me think twice about staying there again.
