Very nice to have it so close to the Ohio Theater, a parking garage was attached to it, the beds were pretty comfortable (more on the stiff side, my preferred firmness) and the staff was pretty nice and tried to help when I asked for it.

The room I was in was a little on the warm side, it eventually cooled down to a more reasonable temperature so I didn't complain about it. Not all the rooms have the amenities, our room didn't have a microwave or a refrigerator or a bath tub while the room our friends stayed in did. Not that big of a deal since we were only there for one night, but just a little strange that not all the rooms are the same. But maybe that's how all hotels are. The staff ended up having someone bring up a mini fridge for us, which was nice. Nothing major to complain about, just nit-picky things.

The room and bathroom were both large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Expected amenities were provided. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was within easy walking distance to restaurants and the German Village (which we enjoyed visiting).

Really, everything was fine so nothing negative to report.

The aircondition of our room wasn’t working properly the last day of our stay and it was really hot in August. The technician tried to fix it but without success, so they suggested to change room but we refused because it was our last day. Finally, they brought us a fan to pass the night.

The security was fabulous. a homeless man was following me and security took care of it fast. it was a scary situation and they made me feel safe. right next to the state building where I had a meeting. The desk made a mistake checking me in and gave me a free breakfast.

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of downtown! We thought the room was very clean and we found the bed to be very comfortable. The view was great too! We also loved that you could get netflix on the tv!

The A/C seemed to not be working its best, and the drinks at the hotel bar were far more expensive than we expected.

good location, Starbucks on site. Rooms had nice furniture and the store down in the lobby was convenient. staff was super friendly.

AC wasn’t working and had to be fixed twice and there was mold on the air vent.

way too expensive. hidden fee when I got there. it said on here it was going to be $350 but was almost $420 no free parking had to spend an extra $40 to park for the weekend

The air conditioner in the room did not work well at all. Parking was inconvenient and valet was expensive.

Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect for concert we were attending downtown. Close to bars too

No parking included. But there is an underground pay lot right next to it.
