It felt homey. Liked the off set room that felt like it wasn't connected right next to other rooms. We stayed for 3 days and it was peaceful. Having 2 pools was good cause there was a lot of people. It was really close to almost everything, not really within walking unless you wanted to but a short drive for sure.

Room giving first was not cleaned after arriving after check in, but easily resolved with a new room. Could maybe use more lighting in the parking lot at night. But had lighting. The breakfast area could use more space. Everyone was super polite but I don't think there is adequate counter space or waffle makers for the amount of people that are there. The service people keep it well stocked though throughout breakfast time.

I liked that our room had 3 beds. That was enough for our family of 6 to settle down comfortably. Our room had the basics and was what we needed for our vacation. There were plenty of towels stocked and the AC was good for this summer stay. We appreciated the simple free breakfast and the free wi-fi helped the kiddos a lot on the ipad.

No major issues here other than one of our room cards didn't work but we made do and it was fine.

Very nice hotel. Clean, well-stocked rooms, nice clean pool area, great breakfast and right in the middle of many Dells attractions. It was busy, but they had multiple receptionists available and they kept things moving quickly.

One little hiccup with getting charged twice for the room. Talked to 2 receptionists with no luck, but once I got booking.com involved, it was resolved within several hours and I was refunded before we even checked out.

Great breakfast

Check in was not the best. We checked in early and the room was not ready, which was understandable. We were told to come back at 4, room was still not ready. The front desk told me check in starts at 4 and could not tell me when the room would be ready, so to leave and they would call me when to come back. I'm not sure who stepped in to help solve this, but within 5 minutes we were called back and the room was ready.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. That alone made our stay enjoyable. They did a great job trying to accommodate everyone in a timely manner, The front desk was exceptional.

Although staff would never let you know it, they did seem understaffed. I think it would be helpful if you had a person specifically for towels, questions, ect. in addition to the Check-in staff. ROOM: The refrigerator did not close all the way. We didn't call to complain. I have no doubt someone would have come to fix it. Just didn't want to bother anyone. ALSO: Splash pad was not working :( Felt sorry for the people with little kids.

That location and how easy to get to. How clean and tidy with plenty of pillows on the bed. The shower was amazing, good water pressure not like some other hotels or motels. And the best part was the free water passes to Noah's Ark.

How far my room was. I walk with 2 canes and I struggled to get to my room the first night. Not enough handicap spots to park my car. Otherwise the it was a good trip and stay

The free breakfast was good, with a lot of variety and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable -- we slept very well. The staff was most agreeable and courteous. Even though the hotel had a lot of guests when we were there, we still were able to get a parking space close to our room.

It was spring break, bringing noise and rowdiness to the hotel. I attribute this issue more to the nature of spring break than the hotel. Other than that, nothing was wrong.

the breakfast was good. no complaints. the room was a typical hotel room. no issues there. Very clean everywhere. I little hot and muggy in the pool but tolerable. It was also a little dark in the pool room.

Everything was great. I had no complaints at all. It was fairly slow and we were put at the end of the building.. I really liked that. away from most people in the building. Loved that!

The staff was absolutely amazing!! The breakfast was great! The needs were really comfortable too! We will definitely stay there again!

The rooms weren't the cleanest, there was still food and garbage under the bed, when I dropped something I had to move the bedding by the floor to get it and it was pretty dirty...I also had to clean the filters on the air conditioner/heater, that was filthy. I also maybe suggest you wash your shower curtains because those smelled really musty.

Rooms are very spacious and clean

Two of the afternoon staff were kind of not friendly at was at the first night my nephew have problem with the water park bracelet and we ask them if they can please change it for him and the lady in charge that night it was very rude I can’t remember her name she’s short and short hair other than that everything was perfect
