We enjoyed your morning breakfast fare immensely; however, one morning, there was very little from which to choose due to several of your guests having taken full advantage and had helped themselves to larger-than-normal portions. Tyler, one of your Night Auditors, assisted us with connecting our grandsons' PS4 consoles, and had supplied us with a spare monitor and its accompanying hardware, so that one of our grandsons could connect his own console since the existing hardware could not accommodate both units...very considerate! Also, Tyler and Angela, another Night Auditor, allowed us to use your commercial clothes dryers to finish our laundry on several occasions during our stay due to the Guest Laundry dryers being inoperative. They made our stay very worth while. We'll definitely be staying with you, again, on our next visit to Cheyenne! Thank you. The Walton-Bricker/Hines Family

The rooms were clean, TV station had great sports channels for me, Breakfast was good,location was great. I would recommend all to this location, there were restaurants in walking distance to grab a bite to eat.

I’m not much of a complainer

The staff worked hard to make sure the facility was clean and breakfast was always replenished. Tough to do in a major wind/snow storm that shut down the highway and filled the hotel with guests.

Stayed 5 nights, was very quiet and pleasant the entire time. The location is also very close to several restaurants as well as other services.

The only thing I can think of was the non HD tv service they had.

The continental breakfast was outstanding; being on I25 the traffic wasn't noisy at all. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly. The location was nice seeing as we was stuck due to the winds and closed highway. The location has many different places that can deliver food and the staff was very knowledgeable of different restaurants.

The only thing I think they could improve on is tv remotes working. Not being so disorganized at check-in. We had over a 20 min check-in due to the fact that they had gave our room to someone else and then when we got to our room it was open and had to call front desk and then the "housekeeping manager" had to do a check of our room before we could unpack.

We really didn't like the way we had to get to the hotel in the dark. Weird road set up.

We wanted to stay somewhere affordable but comfortable at the same time, and we got it. Breakfast was good and kid friendly. Staff was nice and very welcoming.

I would like to recommend for the breakfast schedule more time.

The front desk girl was very nice. Our room was very nice and updated. Everything in the room was very nice.

The lobby needs updating. Was concerned about the rooms, but our room was great!

Was super surprised how nice the rooms were how comfortable the beds were and how clean the facility was. The staff was absolutely amazing and very friendly

Finding the breakfast the next morning was a challenge as I didn't realize how far away from the mobby it was. So we left without eating breakfast
