An excellent experience with good breakfast and nice staffs, especially Mr.Irshad (Arshad) & MS.Camelo (from restaurent), Mr.Liam and MS.Pyae Pyae (from the front reception) and an Indian (Punjabi) securtiy guard(sorry, i forgot his name). It was a very pleasant stay with my family. Location is very good. People don't mind the size of the room can go for it. Thank you so much IBIS & all staffs

good parking, very close to the metro, close to Carfour in the City Center Diera mall, close to day-to-day shop which have very good prices for gifts to take home for your family and friends , also very good staff especially Mr Abhishek who helped me to book for Aquadventure which saves me money and time

no room service to help for taking the luggage to and from the room (self service) which for big family and many rooms may be difficult

Great location near Deira City Centre & adjacent Metro. Guy carrying out my Room Service was very professional and always meticulous in getting my room in top order again 👍👍👍 Security guys in reception were polite & helpful, even arranging taxi when needed. Reception desk was superb and easy to check-in and out. They even accepted cash payment instead of the credit card that I had used to reserve my room. Bathroom Shower worked well and there was always plenty of hot water. Very well designed hair dryer in holder.. Room also had an ironing board which came in handy.

As requested, I was given a non-smoking room at the 4th floor Room 443. It was a spacious room with huge bed. The toilet is descent size. I enjoyed the outside view as it was facing a park with a lot of trees. They have excellent room service and the Nepali guy was very prompt in cleaning up my room (he was super polite and friendly too). I can't complain about the location as it's a walking distance to the Exit 4 of the Deira City Centre Metro Station. If you want to go to the mall as well, it's also a short walk but you have to go through the parking area which is fine with me as it's the center of the whole mall. As for food options around the area, there's a lot of restaurants nearby but if you want cheaper one, you can anytime grab something at the mall. There's also a 24-hours convenient store and pharmacy nearby. Breakfast is descent. I requested for a packed breakfast for my last day as I was flying out early morning. The team made sure that my packed breakfast was ready when I checked out.

There was an instance when in the middle of the night the room telephone rang loudly. I complained it to the reception and they just dismissed it as a mistake made by other hotel guests.

I had an incredible experience with the security officer ( Arshdeep) recently when my brother accidentally left his AirPods in a taxi. The level of assistance we received was nothing short of remarkable. The Arshdeep went above and beyond, staying in constant contact with us until 6 am, tirelessly helping us track down our lost belongings. His commitment and dedication to assisting customers were truly commendable. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to recover our AirPods within a mere 6 hours. The exceptional service provided by Arshdeep left a lasting positive impression, and I'm genuinely grateful for the outstanding support we received during a somewhat stressful situation. It's reassuring to know that there are individuals like him who genuinely care about customer well-being.

I love that it's near City Centre Deira, thus it's easy to find a place to eat. I also love that it's near the City Centre Deira Metro Station. It's also very near in the DXB Airport. The location is very convenient and if you ask me is more than I asked for. This is the second time I booked in your hotel and expect more visit from me.

I asked my breakfast pack (the day before) to be prepared at 4:00 A.M., the receptionist confirmed at 4:30 A.M. I corrected him, I told him to make it ready by 4:00 A.M., he agreed and reconfirmed at 4:00 A.M. but when I checked out yesterday morning at 4:00 A.M., the receptionist on duty showed me what was written in the tickler notes that the previous receptionist on duty has written and it's 4:30 A.M. The previous receptionist on duty confirmed to me verbally but did not bother to correct his tickler notes. I had to wait for about 15-20 minutes for my breakfast to be prepared. I have a flight to catch but it's not a big deal to me. Your receptionists should have high attention to details. The receptionist in question was male/Indian, I did not get his name,

The breakfast was very good, the location is also very good easy for everything.. to the Deira city center, to the airport, to metro etc... The room is a bit narrow but still ok. In general it worth it for the price we paid.

I like the area more than anything. you can find everything, it is not very noise or very quiet. nice location for tourists specially for people coming to Dubai for the first time. I always recommend Ibis because the area.

All the staff are exceptional. Deepak is very helpful in my room. All other staff i was not able to kmow their names, they are soooo good. Relaxing to stay with the pleasant staff like these, with the best price offered. I give the highest ratings.

The lsetup of the room, 1. Location of phone - shld have been located near the bed, within the reach. 2. Location of the dresser mirror. (Small mirror on the side, serves nothing. Cannot use since the person cannot sit infront of it and do her make up.

The location is very good as its near the mall and metro station and its also near multiple good destinations that can be done even by walking , the room is good and staff there are helpful and cheerful

The breakfast menu is too limited no new variety , every day same items without any new added ones, the bakery selection is too small without any kind of options. only 2 or 3 kind of cheese with a poor quality.
