I had to wait in line to check in and was told the rooms were not ready, but took my credit card and necessary information asking me to return at 4 but would receive a text informing me when the room was ready. I did not receive a text but became antsy as it was after 4 so returned to the front desk only to find I once again had to wait in a long line to check AGAIN! Seems the first check in you could be given your room number and when returning have a separate area for those who have checked in previously to obtain your key card! Almost missed a dinner reservation with having to stand in line the second time! Just a thought for the future, overall it was a pleasant stay overnight!

Didn’t have breakfast in my room nor did I know about one or even see a brochure for breakfast anywhere in my room. I didn’t like that my shower was a Tub shower, super outdated.

I liked the people who greeted me at the desk I liked the dining facility and the quality of the food Best of all… the service. A waiter named Ryan pleased me and my guests He was exceptional. I am 96 and have traveled the world… so I know The front desk people all smiled

Late check in. You say four o’clock and you will notify me when my room is ready Your computer system notified me two hours after I checked in Check in should be no later than three, preferably earlier We pay for full days and get shorted at the beginning and end of each stay Also. Marriott points should be automatic. I have lost credits for three nights. because I didn’t say upfront what my number was

This is a perfect location for visiting the city. This hotel is surrounded by the best shopping, some good breakfast places. You can walk to many attractions but cabs are lined up at the hotel. Beds were very comfortable; room was clean; our view was of the lake coastline and the buildings. We were very please with the staff. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The bar was a happening spot for the after work crowd. We would stay at the Westin on Michigan Avenue again!

Location was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and check out. parked my car in the garage for the entire stay. Took the Red Line to a game at Wrigley, and everything else we did was within and 5-10 minute walk.

Pretty much liked everything. If I had to find something negative, I would say we could not access room service through the app. But wasn’t a big deal for us.

Enjoyed my experience, ease of coming and going, quality of food at restaurants, housekeeping service was up to par. Everything great would stay again.

Great location, staff, service, and the food was very good. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable for a good night rest. Central to everything and I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The only negative is the lack of parking. My husband has a prosthetic leg and when we arrived late on Friday night, in the rain, he had to park across the street in a dark parking garage and walk back to the hotel. It is daunting for him to have to be in a garage late at night and have to walk as a handicapped person. It also cost us the price of one of the nights stay at the hotel. Not convenient or cost effective for the guests.

The Westin was centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Our room was the perfect size for us and the bedding was so comfortable. Plus, it was extremely quiet despite being across from the elevator.

Our wastebaskets weren't emptied, despite having called and asked the front desk. Housekeeping did respond quickly to our request for extra towels, however.
