Front desk staff were very friendly! Beds and pillows were comfortable and smelled clean. The pool was nice and cool. Breakfast tasted good. Great location!

Breakfast was good, but some items were low, and the staff seemed irritated when asked to fill. One staff member was overhead saying, "If you keep filling it, they'll keep eating." Guests shouldn't have to ask for more food. They should be filled before they're empty. Not everyone can get up at 6 am. to eat. Other than that, the food was delicious. Also, we couldn't get the hot tub to work.

The shallow pool and the hotub/spa were perfectly clean, a warm temperature for the winter months and amazing for my smaller children and family. The breakfast was also amazing. The room we stayed in was a sweet with a separate room for my infant child and wife to sleep in separately to not be interrupted.

Nothing we would expect to be different. It was perfect for what we were looking for on a budget. The only thing that could have been better was the dumb waiter trolley cart needed air in the tire or repair/replaced soon but that is being very picky and it was still in working condition.

The suite was even bigger than I expected. It was clean, but housekeeping had missed getting the trash in the kitchen removed from the previous guest. Nice quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It was typical Springfield. Even though it was a private balcony, they did not allow smoking on the balcony because the door was not 15' away. Apparently, others have left the door open and the smell goes throughout the hotel. Extra $250 if one chooses to try. Half of the parking lot was shut down so they could fill in cracks.

The gentleman working was accommodating to all (Sat morning). He went above and beyond expectations to help everyone and it was busy.

I made reservations on line and never will again. I was sent my confirmation and it said Springfield Missouri I nstead of Springfield. Luckily to hotels it b right. I was told I could not get a military discount even though the hotel gives one. I was told they can't because I ordered on line. I almost left on the spot and I still think maybe I should have. It kind of ruined a good stay. .

The hotel had a great location. It was clean and staff was nice. Our boys loved the pool and I liked the workout area. We had a 2 bedroom suite. One room had two beds the other room had a pull out couch and bathroom. Roomy enough for 5 of us. The area felt safe. There is a Walmart across the street which was convenient.

Our daughter only had a sheet for a blanket. When we went to ask the staff for a blanket they didn't have any. The toilet was spraying out water from the back. Getting the floor in the back of the toilet wet. We did let the front desk know about the problem.

Good breakfast. Enough variety that kids had what they wanted to eat

We made 3 reservations total, ours was fine but other 2 were a total mess. One disappeared so I had to rebook. The other should been a room to accommodate 2 adults and 4 kids. Room only had a king bed. Fortunately the staff upgraded it to a suite. Had to rebook all 3 rooms as even ours got messed up with the issues with the other rooms. I expect you to adjust our charges because of these issues

Location was perfect. We were in town to visit the BOS center and it was conveniently located. Breakfast was great-there were a lot of options and the room was perfect for the 3 of us. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed very clean. Everyone was very friendly and I would definitely return.

The refrigerator was not very cold and I wish it had a freezer spot. We were traveling and I had snacks to keep cold and some freezer packs that I was unable to refreeze upon arrival. So I lost most of the food on our way home. A minor inconvenience but adds up when having to drive 8+ hours and needing to stop for meals.

We didn’t eat the breakfast, we had a suite. I loved the suite however we had to go out to purchase cookwear because the ones provided were teflon and scratched badly, it wasn’t safe to use. There was only one fork, and no glasses, and one coffee cup. Other than that we honestly loved the room. The bed was very comfortable.

The absence of cookware and adequate dish wear.

First, Amanda is an absolute gem! Every single one of the staff were nothing short of wonderful. Super helpful, friendly, and problem solvers! The breakfast set up each morning has a crew that does amazing at keeping things filled, hot, and fresh. Beds were comfortable, room was clean

I appreciated the air conditioning unit and the fresh air....I'm not sure if it's possible to make any air unit quiet, so it's not a criticism to Comfort Inn. As I rarely travel, I'll make sure to have ear plugs for noise next time.
