Best Western Plus Portland Airport Hotel & Suites

The breakfast was good, even though the waffle maker timer was not working consistently. I still knew how to use it, and just used my phone timer. The buscuits & gravy were a nice touch, as the buscuits were really good. The coffee ran out on both mornings, but I used the machine.

In the "business area" in the lobby - it's quite cold and drafty.

We love how large the rooms were. Everything was comfy and quiet. The breakfast was great too. The location was perfect for where we needed.

We had to be evacuated at 2am. When we called down to the front desk, they didn't tell us anything, but to leave our room. We walked down the 3 flights of stairs, made it to the front of the hotel and they said we could go back to our rooms. I'm thankful the alarm system worked and it wasn't worse. But, an idea of what was going on would have been helpful to ease the mind.

Breakfast was typical of a hotel like this.Could add more variety. Location is really good.Feels safe.

I booked 3 rooms for the family with names of family members on 2 rooms and she (from desk staff)almost didn't allow me to check-in the 2 rooms. Those family members were with me on road trip and I was paying for the rooms.

The staff was super friendly, I felt very safe staying there and it is close to the 205 Freeway, the airport, Cascade Station for shopping, and food. I was happy with my room for the price I paid, and it was quiet at night.

Lack of housekeeping in the room after your first night. In order to get your room clean, you "must request the service". I was explained that they are short staff because of COVID-19. Overall the hotel is clean, the room was clean and all the areas I was able to see in my two night stay. The continental breakfast is very continental or pretty much non existent. I will recommend be ready to have breakfast somewhere else.

I Liked the parking and the room was clean.

. The breakfast was poor and the white-haired receptionist was rude and impolite. Room service did not clean my room for 2 nights for no reason.

the van Drivwr to the airport at 0400 was so kind . breakfast looked great but we had to leave early we missed it

hotel room had a very chemical smell maybe something they use to clean carpet but bothered the family

The breakfast had a wide selection and even had sugar free syrup which is above anywhere else. Thank you

The only issue was that the fan in the bathroom comes on with the light and at night wakes the other person. Needs to be a separate switch.

Location and staff were great. Room was sufficiently large. Breakfast was typical but sufficient.

Room walls were a little thin. Could hear the guy next door snoring right next to our heads the last few nights we were there..

I appreciate the shuttle ride to the airport most of all. I had to leave before 6am . So I missed out on a hot breakfast, but I enjoyed the cold breakfast items. friendly desk receptionist. I enjoyed my quiet room on the 3rd floor.

Complimentary breakfast was nice.

The fact that the staff couldn't fix my name on the reservation and said I had to contact best western directly to make that change.
