I like the location and the breakfast of the property. very convenient and the hotel is pretty clean.

We stayed four nights, five days. the last three days the elevators were not working, luckily our rooms are located on the second floor. Also, the hallway has some smells, not sure what was the reason. Lastly, when we checking in I asked about the hot tub usage, one of the front desk lady told us that our booking does not include the usage of the hot tub however, after I carefully review of our booking, there is no limitation for the usage of the hot tub. Second day, I went to ask the front desk again, another person worked at the front desk told us, so long we schedule a time we are free to use the hot tub/SPA. I feel it was strange for the lady tell us No.

We stayed in the Worldhotel for 3 nights. Initially, the hotel allocated room 510 to me. Unfortunately, the two light bulbs mounted on the wall in room 510 sequentially flashing all the time. Sonja, the lady in the reception counter was very helpful to change a room for us, my gratitude to her kind assistance. The Worldhotel is located in a very convenient place, just next to a metro station. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The decorations are very cozy. One point I should not miss to mention: the hotel staff are very nice and professional, making our stay in Milan a lovely experience.

this hotel had everything and to a very good quality. shame we only stayed for one night. accessible to the metro and arrive at the duoma in 2 stops (less than 5 mins).

had to use hotel recommended parking, was very small and didn’t trust to leave vehicle and so parked in another hotels underground secure car park for €22 for one night. still not that bad.

The hotel staff at the front desk is excellent!! They are all friendly, efficient and ready to help guests with every question. Valet parking is a big plus! The refrigerator was a cute, retro design. Quality safe in the closet. I would stay here again.

The room was noisy. We could hear the people next to us through the walls as well as traffic. More towel hooks are needed in the bathroom. Menu in the dining room did not include traditional foods and was overpriced. The shower-head is too high, water goes over the glass at the top and short people can't reach it.

The hotel is located in a safe part of the city where there are many luxury hotels. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous good shops with fashion clothes and cosmetics. You can easily reach the Duomo by foot in about 20 minutes. There is a metro station and a tram line right next to the hotel. The staff is very nice and always ready to help. In the room, we were greeted by a cot and bowls for our dog, which made us happy. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room is comfortable with a spacious and comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom.

The pool and spa are quite expensive.

My husband and I thought your hotel was exceptional. We arrived after 24 hours of unexpected and unpleasant travel to outstanding reception service by a young man named Ricardo. Ricardo graciously upgraded our room to a suite with an exceptional terrace for us to enjoy for the eight hours we were in your hotel. Ricardo also helped my husband locate his cell phone which was accidently left in our taxi from the airport. Ricardo located the driver, communicated on our behalf and had his cell phone returned to the hotel by the time we woke up in the morning. To say that Ricardo went above and beyond his professional duties is an understatement. The breakfast was delicious and the additional staff we encountered were exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Almost everything, it was modern, stylish & clean. Staff were very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. My one & only complaint that seems to happen in hotels the world over was that most of the mirror was covered by the tv making it difficult to dry & style my hair. Not sure why the tv couldn’t go on the wall at the bottom of the bed which would free up the mirror entirely. The room was smallish but with good storage a modern bathroom & an excellent shower.

Everything in the hotel was impeccable from the room, to the cleanliness and the value for money. Every aspect of the hotel was great but my main praise goes to the staff who were nothing short of amazing the entire time I was there. I want to give a special shout out to Michele, Ricardo & Andrea (sorry if I’m not spelling any of that right!). Towards the end of my trip my phone and money had unfortunately been stolen at the station and the three members of staff went above and beyond helping me get back to my hotel, helping me get in contact with family in London, helping me with my travel back to London in general. Im a stressful and scary situation they were truly my saving grace. Every one of the hotel staff was amazing but I wanted to say thank you so much to these three. This hotel is absolutely worth a stay and was one of my favourite parts of my trip to Milan!

great location, right next to the metro station, lots of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. comfortable room with everything needed for a short stay

the room was very warm, even with the radiator turned off. the spa renovation had just finished when we stayed but we weren’t hugely impressed with it, we spent 45 minutes in there but didn’t feel there was much to do and not all the rooms were working (steam room was cold, experience shower was just a shower, and one room was unfinished)
