The staff was very helpful when we asked to change to a bigger apartment. We got #301 on the top floor, which was very good in the warm weather because it is facing North. (In the Winter you should opt for #302). Beside these two apartments there is a terrace where you can enjoy the sun. The tram going to Strasbourg is around the corner and the main road crossing Rhine and leading onto the Autobahn is only two blocks away (not seen or heard of from the hotel). There are many restaurants on Haupstrasse around the corner and town square is within 200 meters. We stayed almost three weeks at Apart and bought bread and basic food at Lidl and the rest at Auchan on the French side.

The bathroom and the kitchenette could have been more spacy. A washing machine would have been good, etc. But you get what you pay for and considering the moderate charge (comparing to the French side) you should not complain.

Self-service check-in was very convenient. It was already at 10pm when we arrived, but it was very convenient to collect the card on the machine outside the hotel. And the location is very good, the terminal of the light rail line D, to Strasbourg downtown is very convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Only drawback was that a bit small of the shower space.

Very clean, well located if you are planing to go to strausburg the tram is only 1 min away from the hotel. And the fact the have a mini kitchen

The pillows (so uncomfortable) and the small blankets. And the Breakfast i paid 11,00€ per person was NOT worth it more basic than the basic, not even a cappuccino (just filter caffee)

The room was comfortable and quiet. The kitchenette was a great thing to have but there needs to be more cutlery, mugs, kitchen equipment in it. The fridge needs to be defrosted as it was impossible to make any ice cubes or freeze anything due to lack of space as it was so iced over. A kettle as well as a coffee machine would have been nice too. The room was really, really nice and we really enjoyed our stay here.

The fridge needed to be defrosted before renting out this room. Otherwise there is nothing negative to say. The room was lovely and quiet. However in warmer weather a fan will be needed to be comfortable.

The stay was really calm and comfortable, the tram station was nearby so it was super easy to get to Strasbourg, not noisy at all and nice service, clean and cosy, we didn't choose breakfast, coz made some on our own and there is a nice bakery nearby to get fresh pastry in the morning, great price for its value, definitely would choose it again!

The room has everything one needs. Super clean. Perfect location, good bakeries around, late check-in is also possible.

When we booked, the option said it includes french breakfast However, both breakfast, the french and continental were paid. It was a not a big problem, the sweet lady at the reception suggested us nearby bakeries.

Location, price, size of rooms. Dogs are accepted. Would stay again.

There was an odor in the room but maybe it was a nearby restaurant. Some surfaces like doors and bathroom surfaces could use a deep clean.

I was working in Strasbourg, so the location close to the tram stop was ideal. Room was comfortable and well-equipped in every way and the surroundings were peaceful. Breakfast was very good, and there are plenty of good eating places in the vicinity.

Everything met my expectations. Great value for money.

Great value for the price and location. The kitchenette was also great. The bedroom was very spacious and super pratical. Close to everything. The tram is 1 minute away and direct to strasbourg.

The bed could be more comfortable.

Spotlessly clean, more so than some much higher-rated hotels. Very friendly and helpful staff, large, easily accessible and secure underground parking. The hotel is from the nineties, so expect convenience/practicality, but not modern luxury.
