1. The breakfast was plentyfull and delicious. You had to order a specialty coffee such as cappucino seperatly, which we did not initially were aware of. 2. Checking in was a breeze and the front desk lady was incredible! 3. The restaurant cannot be missed! The food is absolutely delicious. 4. Waitstaff was competent, friendly and very responsive.

We were greeted by the manager with a smile and felt immediately welcome. Slept very well as it is very quiet at night and the beds are comfortable. Hotel is a bit older with a "cat theme" which we found amusing. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant is superb. We had relatives staying in Strasbourg and we drove them to the hotel for dinner as the quality and value for money is so much better than over the border.

The hotel is perfectly located between the Black Forest and the main train route to Strasbourg. We arrived at the hotel wet and exhausted having cycled all day through the wind and rain to get there. Reception were friendly and attentive and quickly sorted out our room and arranged safe storage for our bicycles without prior arrangement. The room was lovely and the shower and bed the best we found throughout our week long cycling tour. Tickets to Strasbourg cost around €12 for two people via the train 50m from the hotel front door. Despite this convenience, the hotel is well sound proofed and we didn’t here the train at all. This is the first hotel at which I have ever extended my stay, not once but for two separate nights. This should say a lot about the staff and how welcomed we felt throughout the stay. Breakfast is a nice buffet with lots of options but dinner at the hotel restaurant is where the magic happens if you fancy a treat! Would definitely come again and cannot recommend enough staying here if you are planning a trip to Strasbourg.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet position with free parking beside it; the structure has a very nice atmosphere and the staff is polite and available; I appreciated the quietness of the room and the ambience of the dining hall: the breakfast has been very nice. I advise it to all kind of travellers; very good ratio price-service.

Room very clean, food great and service very good. Nothing was a problem and I felt very welcome. The staff were very good at communicating and really enhanced the stay, albeit a short stay. Will definately be back.

Clean spacious rooms, great food, excellent service, free parking, nice beer garden, cosy restaurant, interior high quality and very clean 👍 Absolute value for money. Top recommendation.

Some hooks in the bathrooms to hang up wet towels would be needed (only radiator). Only continental breakfast available- no hot food (and cooked eggs were cold).

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, TRYING TO SEE IF SOMEONE NEEDS SOMETHING AND WILLING TO HELP. THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSE BUT, BECAUSE THEY HAD COOKED FOR A GROUP, THEY OFFERED US NICE FOOD.

The hotel is located in a small and quiet village 10 minutes by car from Kehl. Our 2 double rooms were nicely furnished - although different in style - and extremely clean. Any request was timely and satisfactory addressed by the staff.

The restaurant was closed on Easter evening. Not ideal after driving for most of the day...

Quick and easy location on our way back home from Italy. Perfect accessible from highway, but in a calm village and away from the autobahn.

Some rooms need an update

Rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is very cozy. Easy to get to Strasbourg from there as well even using transportation. The restaurant is very nice

The breakfast is nice but when it gets too busy you can't ask for anything special
