Everything about this apartment was perfect. The bed, sofa, TV, cooking utensils, it really had Everything. The best thing of all was the view, there's nothing more peaceful than waking up, opening the blinds and admiring the view of the lake with the blooming city behind.. And of course with a cup of coffee in hand. If you stay here, I highly recommend you try one of the burgers from Skalli (restuarant/take a away opposite apartment) it's in my top 10 burgers I've ever had. The bakery a bit further down (next to bonus supermarket) also sells some gorgeous cakes and desserts. The amount of detail in the appartment block is also amazing, they have a telescope on the 4th floor, perfect for watching the northern lights or even just getting a closer look at the night time views of the city.

Nothing. I honestly couldn't find a single problem with the appartment.

Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable beds and new furnitures provided. Although it's a self-check-in apartment, the staffs are very friendly and supportive thru phone calls and emails.

It's not located at the downtown of Reykjavik, you need to rent a car to get there (45min drive). The entrance of the apartment is not easy to locate because it's hidden in the corner. If you use Google Map for navigation, once you reach the parking area you will see the Reebok Fitness gym and the entrance of this apartment is next to the gym. Also remember that there's no 24/7 restaurants or supermarkets around this place. If you arrive at the apartment at midnight, you might want to get food and drink prepared before departure.

Comfortable, clean, and helped make our trip a great experience! We didn't specify a room with a view and still got a gorgeous mountain view. Free on-site laundry was also much appreciated since we had a longer stay. Very easy to get to and from the city center by car, and also very convenient that it was right next to a bus stop and a Bonus (supermarket brand). Our floor was also quiet. Really good value for money as well as good quality overall.

The kitchen is really more like a kitchenette and it's closer to a studio than a full apartment (at least out room was), but neither of these caveats got uncomfortable or frustrating.

The appartment was beautiful and the bed was supeeer comfortable! Theres a fridge, an oven, a microwaves, loads of cooking equipment, which was very handy! There’s a TV with Netflix, the shower is also really good and it comes with a proper shampoo and conditioner

They don’t provide bath gel in the shower, and the hand soap is not so great … But that’s a minor factor! Also we got a big storm during our stay, and the windows wouldn’t isolate the sound properly, but it was also very stormy

Lack of freezer

The flat was big and comfy, and everything we needed was there even an access to washing machine and tumble dryer on every floor. The kitchenette has everything you need and the view from the flat was so nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking and and always available. Location is super good, very quiet and there is a supermarket very near and also a nice restaurant with healthy choices of food.

The door to get in the building is a bit difficult sometimes we had to try 4 to 5 times before it unlocked (most likely battery problem and we forgot to let the staff know). The beds needs replacement right now, they are way too soft, you almost sleep in a hole.

Good location outside the City, beds were quite comfortable and the apartment had most things you would need for your stay. Access to room and lobby was by a code, and was secure, the apartment was clean and well maintained although one tap was a bit wobbly.

Only 3 chairs at the table, but there were 4 of us. The sofa only big enough for 3 and no other comfy chairs. Room was quite hot when we arrived and the only way to cool the room down was to open the windows. When it's wet and windy the windows would then open all the way or shut by themselves. Pillows were not very supportive.

The location is far away from Reykiavik but I believe for way we needed to do was excellent. Free parking on site without the need to stay in center due to changing and travelling every day in different places. Very spacious and comfy room with a nice view of the lake. We'll equipped to cook if you wanted.

Check in was a little late but they were a little flexible with checking k out that helped a lot. They don't enter at all in your room and you need to clean it yourself at the time of your stay which is a little annoying but we found the hoover and all we needed in out stay. We even changed the sheets but I believe when on holidays that's the least you want to do. Trash and everything had to be done by us. A little too expensive for self service :)

The location of the accommodation in proximity to downtown Reykjavik was quite good plus the a grocery store within walking distance was awesome. Lots of parking space within the vicinity. The De luxe room had adequate space for a family of four with cooking facilities available to whip up a quick snack to bring with you on your day trips.

I was woken up at around 6am by loud music coming from what I assume is the gym probably having an aerobic or body pump session. It wasn't every morning (I think) but it was over within an hour. Hard to get back to sleep after doing a days driving exploring Iceland.

The apartment has a great view. The big windows filled the apartment with natural light. All windows have curtains that can make the room very dark, perfect for sleeping late. The beds were big. We had enough storage for our things. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, water boiler, stovetop, coffee machine, and kitchenware.

There was only one thing I disliked, and I found it because I am clumsy. I dropped something under my bed (sofa-bed), and I had to reach under it to get it. It was very dusty and a bit dirty, which grossed me out a bit. Other than that everything was very clean.
