The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The facility was also well-kept, very clean, and the beds and bed coverings were very comfortable. Additionally, the location was perfect and within a few minutes walk to restaurants, pubs, and live music. Lastly, the parking lot was easy, very close, and very inexpensive.

For the price paid for our triple, it would have improved the value if the hotel had included the breakfast. Secondly, it would have been beneficial to the hotel because we would most likely have spent more money in the restaurant rather than going out to other places for meals.

The central location was perfect. The hotel decor was nice but it was also beautifully decorated for Easter. Our room was huge and very nicely decorated. The room had three beds and a couch which was in front of a fireplace so it very easily could sleep a family of five.

There is no parking so you have to drive around in the busy city. Looking for a car park. It wasn’t bad, I think we walked two blocks with our luggage. I believe most rooms do not have air conditioning, but they provide a fan. It was relatively cool while we were there in the beginning of April, but not sure what it would be like if they had a heat wave.

Very clean hotel, but needed to remind the staff about the service. The main restaurant was excellent, food and the staff was amazing. Location in the town center, close everywhere but quite loud due to busy nights.

Breakfast menu looks amazing until you'll get your order. Portions were really small. Got only 2 pancakes for an adult.. Fruits from the can, tomatoes so hard that you couldn't chew it and the most horrible spinach. No scones available at 10am.

Staff were very helpful and friendly in dealing with my mobility issues. Especially Emma in the Restaurant who arranged more supportive chair and cushion & didn't need reminding on our second night in the restaurant. Food was exceptional and the Chef cooked my rare steaks to perfection & the beef just melted in my wife's mouth. Location wise it couldn't be any better, right bang in the centre of the Killarney.

With Covid restrictions space in the bar was understandably limited, we couldn't get into any other bars in Killarney as it was residents only in most places. So empty seats & tables in the room adjoining the bar, not been used because they were been setup for breakfast at 22:00 was ridiculous in my humble opinion. Surely a staff member could set them up when the bar closed at 23:30 or come in a few minutes earlier in the morning. We had to retire to our room at 22:15.

The hotel is beautiful and great location. Very clean .Staff at the desk should know answers regarding simple tourist questions. They were not helpful with answers regarding taking jaunting rides or simple stuff. Also nobody at the desk to check us out at 630 am. Never been to hotel especially decent size hotel with no reception. The porter was extremely nice but not his job to check is out. We wanted to split the bill and had questions. There were other guest annoyed that there was no receptionist.

The bed was amazing as were the bath/jacuzzi and shower. The atmosphere was amazing and TV was working well. The staff were very kind, welcoming and patient. Room and hotel look was beautiful and the bar had amazing drinks.

The room was too hot during the night and the air conditioning did not want to go below 19°C. There was not actual windows with fresh air. No natural light. Paid €5 to have rose petals on the bed to surprise my partner, but they were synthetic petals, which I was not aware that they would be (Just wish they put that in the description).

From the minute we arrived inside the hotel we were welcomed with a warm welcome and smile, and two members of staff took our luggage from us to our room. The staff went over and beyond for us especially for my auntie. She felt she was treated like a queen when a lovely gentleman brought out cushions for her back while she sat for dinner it just was so thoughtful and kind out of that gentleman. The food was amazing. The rooms were excellent spotless clean. We definitely will be back. Great location.

This property is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. We spent three wonderful nights here and enjoyed every moment. The facilities are top notch, WiFi is strong, breakfast was excellent, and the on-site restaurant/pub served delicious meals at comparable costs. We do online schooling as we travel and there were plenty of quiet and comfortable spaces for working. We will be back soon!

My only complaint is that I would more control over room temperature. We all got a bit hot while sleeping and were only able to crack the window a small degree.

We loved the location. It was very near to the shopping and restaurants. We loved the breakfast - excellent. We especially loved the wait staff. They have a good system. Service was great. I chose it to be close to the shuttle to The Celtic Steps show, which worked out great. It took us both ways.

Sounds funny, but the coffee could be improved. Other hotels included cappuccino for breakfast. Here it was extra. Switched to tea. 😊

Great room great location Killarney is a beautiful town with great bars and restraunts we were also here for the all ireland final so the atmosphere was electric, the hotel its self is beautiful, clean throughout with fantastic staff there to help all day.

The room i was given was next to the extractor fans of the restraunt downstairs so was quite loud during the night but nothing to bad
