Very impressed with the staff on Reception when I checked in. Very friendly and helpful. Our Room was spotless and very tastefully decorated. Heating in our room and throughout the hotel was very comfortable. Underground Parking was great but a little tight. Fantastic entertainment and a great overall atmosphere. Meet and Greet at Breakfast was very pleasant and very friendly staff that directed us to a lovely Cold buffet and took our order for Breakfast. We had a full Irish and it was excellent. Presentation of the Full Irish on a hot plate, verry impressed. A1 Hotel and would highly recommend.

This exceeded our expectations and may have been the most amazing place we have ever stayed in! We had an amazing view, it was clean, it had a layout that was unique and fun, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and could offer advice, the location was ideal with so much to see, experience, or eat within walking distance, and we basically lacked for nothing! I can't say enough!

The hotel was clean and the location excellent, couldn't have had a better spot for the weekend! We didn't spend much time at the bar as we were down for Bikefest, but it was always busy with live music & sports and a great atmosphere, real hot spot. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and most notably, the staff were genuinely some of the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I've ever come across, anywhere. Annette checked us in and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, couldn't rate the staff any more highly!

Only complaint is that there wasn't any air con or fridge in the room - not normally an issue in Ireland, but it was a scorcher!

The hotel was very nice, we enjoyed the 3 minute walk from the train station and being close to a large selection of restaurants and shops.. Except for our check-in, we had a good time. The room was large and comfy.

We waited till after 4:00pm for our room, despite a 3:00pm check-in time. The person whom we dealt with just stated the room wasn't ready at three. We made the best of it and went for a drink on the patio. When we returned at 4:00pm we were told, still not ready, have a seat in the lobby. No attempt to apologize or explain. We were quietly frustrated but sat down to wait. We watched several groups check in and get their keys, no problem. When we finally got our key around 4:15, it was as if a huge favor was being done for us, and we were not appreciative. It was weird.

Location very central and live music inside and outside! John the security man gave us two stools to sit down on so we wouldn’t be standing he’s a credit to the place and we will be back !

I was too gone on the view from our bedroom, we were looking out at the bins which some were open and all I could see was food waste inside I think we were at the back of the building looking at old sheds rom 106 (first floor) but in saying all that we weren’t in the room for long there was no bad smell or anything rooms are comfortable clean and no street noise

great location , nice rooms , ( bonus - liked how the mirror in bathroom didn’t fog up after shower so I could do my makeup after ). on 4th floor and had a nice view of the mountains . reception lady we dealt with on arrival was very welcoming . liked 12pm checkout as could relax for abit after breakfast

we had to keep window open at night as room was very stuffy ( think this might of been because we were on highest floor ) and there was a lot of outside noise of drunk people in the morn but that’s not the hotels fault youl get that with prime town location . overall good stay and breakfast was great Value so would recommend ( one minor inconvenience - asked for pancakes with maple syrup and also asked for some scrambled egg and I didn’t expect them to come out on the same plate .. unfortunately the scambled egg leaked all into my pancakes making them soggy before I could eat - just somthing to maybe keep separate in future but still enjoyed the breakfast overall would recommend )

Great location in the heart of Killarney town. Great facilities nearby or on your doorstep.

Mid week bartenders could have been a bit friendlier to residents whilst ordering drinks etc. The room we were staying in (room 428) had a problem with the window and would not close fully. Although we had heating in the room, there was a fierce cold coming through especially Tuesday night the 11th April when there was a severe wind warning. Not only was it freezing but I could not sleep as I was terrified the window would break.

The location of the hotel is great. Right in the centre of town, near the shops, restaurants and bars. If you don't want to go out to look for a bar: there is a great one right in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bathroom looked freshly refurbished. The underground car park can be tricky and narrow but on the plus side: parking is free for hotel residents.

There was no safe in the room but if you have something of value, you can put it in a safe at the reception. Otherwise everything was great.

Location was superb. Hotel room was nice basic but clean and comfortable. The bar staff and receptionist were lovely and friendly throughout the weekend. The porter guy johnny was the best thing about the hotel he was friendly and great crack and he'd do anything for you.

When we.came back from a night out the gates and doors were locked and we had to go down into the underground carpark to get into the hotel.which was not ideal. Also housekeeping tends to go on all day there was hoovers going all.afternoon and alot of noise most of the day.

Great location, however rather noisy at the weekend. The room wold benefit from having a hooks or railing for coats, jackets, etc. We found rather challenging to use bathroom as its door wouldn’t stay open and there was no electric ventilation. Otherwise, really nice stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Yes, would recommend this hotel for people who like to be in the heart of the vibrant town.
